AC broke down at the worst time, in a heat wave, on a holiday. Steve was there by early afternoon, fixed in about an hour! Discounted fees for being a loyal customer.
Great company! I’ve used them for over 25 years.

They took installed a Navien tankless system - did an excellent job - took care of the small and large items - answered all my questions - came back several times to make sure all was done well - even installed the NaviLink a for wireless connect - as a company we have had them come for furnace, AC, plumbing service for years - very pleased with them

So happy! Another company came out and put a part in my furnace and messed up our wiring so our AC didn’t turn on. I called Design Comfort and my technician came out the same day wired it right. Thank you so much!!!

Representative arrived at appropriate time and started work immediately. He worked first in a/c's then finished with htrs. Work accomplished in timely manner including clean up. My questions regarding what he was doing were all answered. He was then off to another customer.

I hired these guys to come put an end cap on a broken pipe to seal it up because I didn't have the proper tools to do the job. A service technician came out and spent 3 hours putting on a pvc end cap, a rubber gasket, and two metal clamps. He spent an hour and 45minutes at the Homedepot, 5minutes away. Then spent another hour playing on his phone while he had me dig the hole and run his power tools. After the job was "done" and the pipe was "not leaking anymore" he charged me $287. The guy did maybe 10minutes of actual work, and as soon as he left the pipe began leaking again. He used my tools, stole my tools, and then when he was called about the whereabouts of my tools he denied taking them. I called the company to ask them what was going on and they told me they would return my call, they never did. The service manager came out to fix the pipe and got the job done in 15minutes. But had no answers to the where abouts of my tools or what was going on with their technician.

Technician Jesus called first and was right on time. He tuned up my furnace and also vacuumed out the area. Glad to recommend Design Comfort.

Design Comfort provides excellent service. Today the technician arrived on time, was friendly and efficient. My cooling units are humming right along.

I have been using Design Comfort for almost 10 years. Every technician they have ever sent has been courteous, professional, thorough and explanatory. I will have them back again next year.
