    A ranting edit to this review is pending. So far I am not removing all my "stars", but I have removed my "quality" evaluation of the service. As of 9pm last night my new compressor that was put in Tuesday has quit working. I will update this review again depending on how Campbell's responds to my problem. Waiting on a call back currently.
    Thomas was courteous and knowledgeable about our problem. Better yet, he had a replacement part IN HIS TRUCK so that our compressor could be replaced right away without waiting for parts to be shipped and another service call scheduled! They also gave the unit a thorough cleaning while they had the back off. Campbell's Appliance always provides great service!

    He was quick and efficient during both trips. First trip to diagnose, second trip to repair. Both happened within minutes - he was great!

    Worker showed up angry that he was asked to come our business prior to closing. He was very unprofessional toward our staff members, who are very kind people. I was doing a medical procedure when he came in, demanded that i come talk with him about the appliance. Of course, i finished taking care of my patient, and then went to speak with him. He left without saying anything to us. Then received a text that he had diagnosed the appliance problem, and would cost $1200 to fix. All in a span of about 8 minutes.
    I spoke with the temple store person about their employee’s behavior, and we will not be using their services any longer. (We had until now, been using their services for several years.)

    I have a Whirlpool washing machine which had a rinse cycle disruption. Not rinsing the clothes Sufficiently. Campbell Appliance had repaired this machine which is now 18 years old back in 2010. Joshua told me the machine needed a Basket Drive, upper agitation assembly and clutch. He ordered the parts a little over $300 and they came back a week later as he had informed me. He told me my Whirlpool could last up to 25 to 30 years, most new washers now last maybe seven years and they still have to be repaired. The repair was completed on time, the repair man was very courteous and informative. My machine is working and I
    couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

    The Business was quick to come out and do an estimate on the repair of my freezer. But, the part had to be ordered. This was a Wednesday morning.. I was told if the part came in by Friday it would be installed by Saturday. The tech said it would be a 2-3 day turnaround on the part. So after no call on Monday I called myself on Tuesday. Well I was told “oh yeah your part is in. It must have come in last night” by a young lady. So I asked when can I have this installed?? I was then told “ we will dispatch it out””
    She couldn’t give me a date. So I called back on Wednesday to check the status and was out on hold for a few minutes for some one to ask if I would be available on Friday? At this point I’m upset, but what can I do? A week and some days later to fix a freezer? I had no choice. The time that was slotted was 4:00 pm but the tech didn’t call or text to say he was delayed. He finally showed at almost 5:00 pm. He was a nice guy but come on a little common courtesy is nice especially when you’ve been waiting for a week for a repair.. I will DEFINITELY NOT use this business again.

    Had a problem with them scheduling an appointment time after 5pm. Do they expect working people to take a day off work for an appliance repair? No. They will only lose business with their current scheduling process and poor customer service. Update 4/26/22: They were able to fix the dishwasher on a second visit after a part was ordered. The technician did wait for me to get home after work, which was appreciated.

    Good job. Installed system the next day after the initial visit. Thank gosh I have heat now because it is currently 18°F outside.
