Joshua has been great all three times they had to come out to get all my washer repairs done. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to give me advice on issues I was having! Would definitely use them again!

Great communication to keep us informed of his arrival time. Quickly assessed the washing machine issue, will return once the part comes in. Resolved the refrigerator problem quickly. Professional, friendly, and provided us with detailed information on the repair(s) and options.

Called on Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday. Text a two hour arrival window in the morning and they were right on time. They were able to figure out the problem and repair it in less than an hour. Fast and professional, I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs appliance repair in the future!

they came said I had a pump that needed replacing and that it would take ONE week to get the part. It took TWO weeks and then the first load I do after they supposedly fixed it, there was standing water ALL over the floor in my laundry room that went into my livingroom. DO NOT recommend this company.

Two well knowledgeable technicians came and went right to work. After looking at the problem, they informed concerning the replacement of the part needed. They gave my an estimate of the parts and service which was well inline with what I expected it to be. I authorized the part to be ordered They promised to return when the part came arrived. I was well pleased with their service.

I was very impressed with the prompt reply and professional way my request for service was handled…from the first call to the completion of the repair. I was unable to be at home when the gentlemen arrived for this repair, but my husband was. He is recovering from a hip replacement and the servicemen were extremely helpful to him by holding our dog on the leash while he took care of the payment…they even interacted with JazzE as well. First time to use Campbells…definitely won’t be the last. Thank you.

My call was for HVAC-because of a noise I was hearing. They pinpointed the problem immediately and lo and behold 1 cooling unit wasn’t working at all. They in the meantime explained what a particular unit was that I had no idea its purpose. Their tel# is being saved in my phone!

The tech was good at explaining why this ice maker would not work & that I wouldn't have to pay the added cost of a factory one I truly appreciate that glad I called Campbell's.

Our AC broke down last night and by today they were able to fit us in and fix it within 2 hours. Excellent service from the scheduler to technicians. Have used them before and will continue to use them in the future.

We were rescheduled a few times due to their heavy workload, however, the repairs were very satisfactorily done when completed.
Both Thomas and Dave are very personable, nice and friendly. They were professional and knowledgeable in their work.
