Nice young man came to my house and looked at our refrigerator and explained that we needed a part that would cost around $400. They had replaced that part same part 8 months ago but it was not in warranty anymore. I ordered the part with the understanding that it would take 7-8 days.
After hearing nothing for 14 days I called them and was informed that it would be 5-6 more weeks, because the part was now on backorder. I tried to cancel the order but was charged $80 restocking fee for the part on back order.
Joshua, the service technician, was knowledgeable and efficient, diagnosed our problem immediately, and got the ball rolling for new parts needed. A personable and trustworthy young man—we are satisfied Campbell customers!
After several weeks of fighting with ZLine to get someone out to repair our new oven, Joshua was awesome! He was very competent, diagnosed and repaired the oven quickly. We are very grateful to have our oven working for Christmas meals!
Great communication from the office, their two guys were here on time, quickly found the problem and got us the solution. Waiting on the parts but understandably that will take a little time which they gave us that too. Used them before will continue giving them my business in the future.
I called on a weekend to have my dryer checked out and they had someone get back in touch with me quickly. They saw the issue and ordered the part to repair it all in the same week. When we had issues after the part replacement they came out to check what the issue was in a timely manner. Great service!
I am very happy with Campbell's response to my call for dryer repair. They sent someone out to evaluate the repair the very day I contacted them. Although they told me that the needed part would take 3-5 days to arrive, it turned out that they repaired my dryer the very next day. Earlier on the day the technician fixed my dryer, he evidently had to spend an unexpectedly long time with another customer's refrigerator, which caused him to arrive at my house later than expected. I was given the option of getting the repair done that evening or waiting for another opening on another day. I chose to have him fix it that evening. I'm so glad he was conscientious enough to offer to come out after hours. He really made my day! I also appreciated Campbell Appliance's use of on-line appointment requests and text updates. I will definitely recommend them to others. And I will thank the person who recommended them to me!
When I scheduled the appointment I told Steven the 2 issues as well as the brand and model number. The first technician showed up late was there 5 minutes didn’t attempt to fix anything. Said they needed to order a part and left. about a week later the second technician shows up with the replacement locking mechanism part, but didn’t know anything about the fact that the washing machine wouldn’t turn on. Tells me they have to order another part. Looking at 3-5 business to get the part to come and maybe fix it this time. It will be over 2 weeks without a working washing machine. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
Technician was late. He opened my refrigerator and closed it back told me it needed a fan. He gave me the price, I told him I couldn’t pay that. He told me the service charge, I paid him and he left. He never checked anything to try to find out the problem. One star, because he finally showed up
The Issue has been ongoing for almost 2 weeks. I reached out for a Samsung fridge repair. The Technician came out on Nov 10th, walked in without even saying hello. He was not through in less than 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem. I made a check out for 250 and I was told within 3 days he'll come back with the board that is being replaced. On the 4th day I called to find out what's the update since I hadn't gotten one. Turns out I'll be put on the books for the next day. So we're at day 5. He come out no additional checks we're made. The same tech installed the new part and left He said give it 24hrs to cool. I gave it 48 nothing happened we're now at a week. I called back had to wait another couple days, I was told that Saturday he would be there no one showed up. I called back was given another date the 22nd no one came. I had to call back on the 23rd someone came said the part that was replaced is bad and additionally the condenser fan went out from being overheated as a result of the wrong voltage being sent by the faulty part. Needless to say tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I'm still without a fridge and have to wait another 3 days minimum for the replacement parts to get in.
