    They left the outside drain 2" below ground with a small hole. Nothing to keep the water draining once the hole fills with rain or mud. A temporary fix. I called. They told me this was to code. Not likely.

    They have had to pay them twice to fix the same fridge and they didn't fix it either time. The first time I called within the 90 days to report that the fridge is still not fixed and they came out to "fix" it and it still didn't work. I waited for it to work and forgot to call them because I was really busy. Anyhow, by the time I call to let them know, they told me too bad I am outside the 90 day window and I have to pay for them to come back and loom at it. I couldn't find anyone else to fix a commercial fridge so paid for them to come look at it, paid more for them to "fix" the new diagnosis, and this time after they left the fridge stopped working completely. I asked for a refund because even though the fridge was not working properly, it was working before they came. They insisted that they do not issue refunds for completed work even though I paid hundreds, maybe over a thousand dollars, and they never fixed the fridge. If you can avoid them, run far far away. They have no remorse, do not care about customers, and are very rude. Plus they cant fix refrigerators, at least not commercial ones.

    First time using Campbell's for any of our appliances. The service was great. They communicated well about when their technician would arrive and when he was running late, they let me know that also. I'll certainly use them again!

    For what they charged I was very disappointed. I paid over $300 for a piece of plastic tubing. After it was installed they told me I needed to take the freezer apart and get rid of the ice that had accumulated on the bottom of the drawer. This 2 minute service call was a rip off.
