Dryer exhaust output wasn’t properly re-installed and all of the debris removed from the vent was left in the floor of our attic. Scheduling and office staff were easy to work with.

My experience with this company is that it has good technicians within and their present themselves in a professional manner.

First repair did not fix the problem. Took two weeks to return and freezer is still not working correctly.

Paid $1200 + to fix a commercial ice machine they came out could not fix it so they took the machine and the money to repair it and have not brought it back that was 2 years ago. Tried numerous times to get the machine back fix or not and they will not bring it back. Told us over 5 times a date and time they will bring it and never showed up or called to reschedule. They have told so many lies that I’m now under the impression the machine has been either sold or lost. Even asked if we can pick it up and they have denied us that option and have been hung up on twice. Owner will not return our calls. At this point this is now theft and and will file charges if machine is not brought back. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere to have your appliances fixed. They are very unprofessional and do not care.

UPDATE: machine has been returned after two years only to find out that the machine does not even work and they did not even bother with cleaning it. Was covered with dead crickets nasty dirt on the inside. Was disgusting. Will be requesting a refund because all they did was take my ice machine and my money and hold onto the machine for two years did not even fix it or touch it. Have pictures of machine to prove this.

I wouldn’t waste your time calling this company. While initially I was optimistic because they came out to diagnose my dryer the same day I called for repair - they scheduled apts to perform the repair for 6/3, 6/8, 6/13 and then 6/14. They never bothered to call me to let me know they were rescheduling or not coming - I had to call day of each time to find out they had rescheduled me again. 6/14 they come out and the part they ordered is not the correct part to fix my dryer. So I’ve not had a dryer for 2 weeks, I paid over $300 for repairs that still haven’t been made and I don’t even have a date that it will be done now. Horrible communication, horrible customer service and no end in sight.

Guy was nice and helpful. But the one thing I don't like is I wasn't told at the beginning that the Round Rock location has been closed for quiet some time. If I would have known that I would have been able to make a decision of using you or someone closer. It cost $250 just to have the guy put putty and screw a couple lose screws in. Wow. That's a rip. Please let people know you are now located in Waco only. Thank you

They came out and ordered a part. The part came in. They came back and installed it. I am doing my first load of laundry. It seems to be working GREAT. I wish I would have found them sooner. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Campbell Appliance Heating and Air for a job well done.

They arrived promptly, earlier than expected. Very pleased with their information on the problem. Just not happy with the quality of my AC unit and parts when it's only 3.5 years old! I will continue with this company's service!
