The repair team was on time, discovered the issue and informed me of the repair. They were informative and professional.

They did not fix my freezer. The fridge is no longer working. And they did not return my call to inquire into what the issue was.

Professional and quick diagnosis. Kept me informed about all that was happening. Unfortunately due to lack of parts, will have to come back the next day to complete the repair. The next day, I had to call around 1pm because no one had come to do the repairs and was told they would need to get with their technician to find out. No callback so I called again at 6pm and got their call answering service. I got a text about 30 minutes later saying the part didn’t come in. Today, had to call back around noon and was told again they had to get with their technician. An hour and a half later, I get a text that the part didn’t come in but was expected by tomorrow morning. Not a personal phone call explaining the situation because something went sideways, a text. They will be coming out tomorrow to do the work and that will be the last time I use them for my HVAC work.

This company is as fraudulent as they come. This is also a fake address. They haven't had an office at this location in over 2 years but they continue to pretend that they do. They have fraudulent office addresses listed on all their Google Business Listings, as well as on their website. Stay far, far away from them.

They fixed the problem a week after the day they scheduled to fix it.After they canceled on a thirsday ,The next appointment was a Tues(no fridge because it had to be defrosted to install part for 5 days) I agreed to pay for the part and the 129 service fee but wanted a refund because i feel the wait was too long."We don't do refunds').Run to any other company if on time matters.

Did not keep original appt date. Show up a week later. Tech did not identity himself. Would not answer questions. Did not seem to know what he was doing. Dressed unprofessionally. I paid service call and sent him away.
