I could go on and on about my experience, the lack of communication, the absolutely ridiculous pricing for such poor quality of service, but I won’t. Bottom line, they don’t give a flip about you! It can be 100+ outside and they will not be in any rush to get your repair complete, they will leave and say they’re going for a part only to never come back or even let you know they aren’t coming back. I got lucky this time (if having no ac can be lucky) because the temps have cooled down, but considering this is the 3rd repair (2nd time for capacitor) in 3 months and was under warranty. This repair wouldn’t have been necessary if they had fixed it right the first time. They need 3 hours of YOUR time plus your money in exchange for 5-10 minutes of THEIR time. Moral of the story…if you value your time and money, don’t use this company because they don’t value you or your time, only your money.
The service team is amazing. Helpful. Friendly. Intelligent. Hardworking. The scheduling system is absurd. They ask you to hold a day and scheduling doesn’t seem to begin until 10am. One visit was cancelled after delays. I was finally told they’d arrive between 1-3 and they came at 4:30. And it was not an isolated event. It’s every time. It may be my last time.
I was told service call was $89 and that if they did repairs it would be bundled into my price of repair. I called because of a burning smell when dryer starts. Which I knew was lint hidden somewhere. And also because the dryer does not adequately dry my clothing. He cleaned the lint out and said it was good. Even after asking if that would fix my heating issue. That cost me 189. 189 for him to clean lint out and not fix the heating issue.
We called this company to come and look at our refrigerator that was acting funny. The first appointment we had was cancelled and rescheduled. When the technicians finally came out they did not test anything the simply said it was our circuit board that was out "due to a lightning strike" Well we ordered the part which cost us about 600 dollars. We finally got word that the part was in a week and a half later they scheduled an appointment to come put the new board in. My husband took off of work waited and waited to get a call that then stated they wanted to reschedule our service AGAIN and had an attitude about it. My husband refused seeing that he had already taken off of work. A new technician came out and then told us that our door had a short and it blew the new board! Why the didn't test the fridge for this before putting a 600 dollar new part on it? Who knows not trained well or just trying to milk money out of their customers I'm sure. Well then my husband called to talk to someone regarding the service and they offered us to spend another 900 on a new door!! He asked to speak to a manager and was told they didn't have one he could talk to and did not know when he would be able to speak to one they gave him a email address that didn't work. These people suck at their jobs from the people that answer phones with attitudes and no knowledge to the technicians that guess what's wrong with your appliances and don't really know. They just want you to keep buying parts!! They are a joke
So reliable & professional. I love that they do what they say they’ll do when they say they’ll do it. Unfortunately, that’s rare these days. We’re repeat customers!
