I called because my heater was blowing cold air. Luis explained what the problem was, replaced the part, and it now works excellent. He suggested work to be done and explained preventative care. Thank you for your friendly and excellent service.

From the minute I called Scott Contracting I was treated with the utmost professionalism! After getting the news that many parts would need to be replaced in our old HVAC unit, we decided to purchase a new Trane system. Ventura and Joe were our installers. Such respectful efficient workers who worked tirelessly in 100+ temperatures to ensure our system was installed in one day! Thank you to everyone at Scott Contracing! You will always have my business and I will gladly recommend your business to everyone I know!!!

Service done on my heating unit and Air Condition unit was outstanding and performed in a timely manner. Every thing was explained in detail and done as promised. From the telephone call and service representative coming out, no problems.

Not only did they install my new dual heating and cooling unit. But they were so courteous to work with, and cleaned up very thoroughly. And now my house is much more comfortable and efficient.

DO NOT CALL THEM. Terrible experience. Allow me to clarify:

I first had they come to check and repair two air units. They proceded with sending a technician and make an estimate. I procedded with changes and fixes; it was a resonable amount. They came and did some changes on the air units. Then after turning on the air system, they did not work properly, so i had them call again and told them about it. They sent a second technician and did a second estimate; telling me some other parts were needed. (It seems this is how they make their money; fist a cheap and quick fix then a second estimate to make a more expensive charge) i proceeded with the second changes and fixes. After they finished the ir seemed fixed, but i could not feel the cold air correctly. So i went up into the air units and noticed they had left my air units without some parts that i had payed for!!! So basiclly they charged me and since they thought i wasn't going to check the fixes on the roof they procedded by stealing some parts of the air unit. So i called them again and told them what had happened and they werent even polite about thwir mistakes, some guy with an attitude was attending me. So they sent another technician and put in the necesary parts to the units. I could tell this shadie employee did this often. I confronted him and it was easy to tell his intentions. I know it is not the owner's fault (not totatally) but they should check their work after making fixes...

Called them on a Friday night for a 25 year old AC that was not working at our church. They came out on time for Saturday, and diagnosed the problem. Once the parts came in Tuesday, they got it working, and found an error made by the previous installer with the thermostat. Overall I am very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Mr. Chavez was pleasant, got straight to work and explained his steps with courtesy. Even my dogs were comfortable around him! Great service overall.

So disappointed! We called SHC to give an estimate on one of or fridge units. Their estimate came in double as another company so we went with the other company.

6 MONTHS LATER we recieve a bill for services rendered that were never rendered. I called their office to let them know that there was a mistake, their company did not win the bid to do work for us . Another company did the work 6 months ago. They let me know that their tech says that he did work and so we are being charged. I let them know that we will not pay for these fradulent charges because service was not rendered, another company did the work. Unfortunately it looks like lawyers are going to have to get involved. 😕

I am so disappointed that a local business would treat their customers so poorly.

Beware, if you call Scott Heating and Cooling you might get charged months later for work they never did. :(

I had Scott Contracting install a new central heating system and refrigerated air conditioning in my mother's house. They also set up the same type of system in a rental property in her backyard. They gave us a better deal than we could get anywhere else. And they were so kind and professional.
