My ac stopped working tonight. Abraham called me, listened to the problem, walked me through it over the phone and it is working perfectly. Excellent customer service and I darn sure will be using them from now on!

Your technician Sal Orozco was not only punctual, but knowledgeable in fixing the furnace issues and also provided additional preventative maintenance to the furnace unit he serviced. A total professional and highly recommend them for future heating and cooling services.

My heater started acting up on one of the colder days this year....I called late yesterday afternoon and they were able to get someone out 1st thing this morning. Repair is done and we're warm and toasty!! Quick, courteous, and reasonable prices!

They installed 9 energy efficient windows in my house. And I have been able to REALLY tell the difference in the heating and cooling of my home over the last couple of years I've had them in. And they did great work with reasonable prices. Got a great deal and terms for my windows.

Had some work done with Scott’s on my HVAC system during the summer. Come winter and the heater isn’t working so again call Scott’s. They showed up and charged my $75 to turn the gas supply valve back to the on position. Scott’s said that since in their notes, it wasn’t detailed that a technician turned the gas off, they must not have done it and wouldn’t be refunding the diagnostic fee. A little untrustworthy and shady practice for a simple valve they had to have turned during during service.

Scott Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job changing my swamp cooler to refrigerated air. The workers were very polite and they cleaned everything up once they completed their job. I would definitely recommend them.

Office manager Adrian was a pleasure to work with. Went out of his way to make sure that things were taken care of, Extremely courteous. And the tech Joe was also very courteous and made sure everything worked out. Scott Contracting is the way to go for heating and cooling service and products.

My Unit stopped working at one of my Commercial Locations. I live out of State. I needed a company I could rely on to fix my
A/C since I can’t be there. Scott Heating/Cooling went out to my business, asked the employee questions, and she didn’t know much, so they tried to call me but I was away from my desk.....So they checked out my A/C unit that wasn’t working, right? NOPE !! They just left. Ok. Thanks. I was hoping for a professional company to just take care of business. He didn’t even look at the air conditioner. That’s actually the only thing I needed you to do. I’ll go back to Four Seasons Heating and Cooling.

Adrian was very profesional and responsive. We called on Father's Day because our unit went down. I called the 24 hours line. The lady that answer the phone. She told me as soon as some one was avaliable they will return my call. In 10 minutes Adrian was returning my call. Showed up in 10 minuets. Adrian work on the unit and fix it. We where very grateful because it was one hot day in El Paso. Great customer service. Thank you Adrian.
