We’ve had nothing but professional and excellent service since we purchased our two package units from Scott Heating and Cooling. We use them for summer and winter service as well. Great technicians and office staff.

Gelato was friendly,very professional, knew his trade,very clean and promt.wish all businews were like this.the price was a little bit higher but hey,I'd pay much more for the job getting done the right way.not the patch jobs most company's do.thank you scott heating and cooling. The guys did what they were supposed to do. All the guys that came to my house were super nice and courteous, and they always have been. I got their business cards and I'm always passing them around to friends. If I didn't think their service was excellent I wouldn't past their cards around.

This company is the worst for customer service. They wanted to charge me 500 to change a thermostat and it had to be one of their own thermostats. They didnt even offer to charge me just to replace it with a regular one. I am sorry but that is weak customer service. Either you buy our products or we dont provide service. All they tried to sell me was a fancy high tech thermostat i didnt need
