Scott Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Got my unit with them more than 5 years ago and still is working great! Anytime I call for maintenance I have no worries about my unit. I can honestly say they are one of the best companies in El Paso for Heating and cooling. Honest and reliable and great people!

In the still of the night recently, I noticed a humming noise that I tracked down to my AC installation. Fearing an electrical fire, I switched the "noise" off at the electrical panel which included the compressor I was informed later. Fortunately for us Scott customers they had a responsive after hours answering service that lead to an immediate inquiry from a technician and a timely appointment to look into my problem. Once in my home he discussed my concern and understood how I determined it was the AC and then conducted a complete evaluation of my system after restoring power to the "noise". It wasn't quiet enough until the AC completed it's cycle but there was no questionable sound to be heard and it has not returned. The technic.ian, Joe, understood my safety concern and advised me to call if it happens again. I continue to be happy I selected Scott for my AC and Heating system.

I've been without heat for sometime now. Louie the technician has a fantastic demeanor. He's friendly, diligent, has great customer service skills, and clearly wanted to resolve my problem. He explained everything that's going on with my heating in detail and in terms I could understand. When a problem arose that needed extra attention he had his boss come out and help him. I still don't have heat as Scott needs approval from my landlord/property manager to move forward with repairs. In the future I will recommend this company to anyone that needs work done on there a.c./heater.

Scott Heating & Cooling are fantastic. My A/C unit stopped working during the week it was 110 degrees outside. I called them for help, and I had two technicians at my house within 20 minutes. After a quick look, they found a loose wire and a bad capacitor. They were done and gone in 45 minutes, with everything working perfectly, and all for a very, very good price. Oscar, Sal, Mike and Aaron are the epitome of professionalism and customer service. I will only call Scott Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs. Thank you for all the help!!

Joe was on time as scheduled, took the time to fully explain the issue with us, cleaned up after himself, left everything as it originally was. Joe showed up in a very timely manner. The after hours charge was more reasonable than other places I spoke to. He explained and showed me what he did and fixed it quickly and was professional and kind even though it was after hours. I won’t ever call any other HVAC company again

These folks are timely and very professional! Nobody likes an unexpected cold shower, and they were able to send a tech the same day for a temp fix on my old water heater, and managed to squeeze me in the same week to install a new water heater. They removed my old water heater, and had the new one installed in just a few hours. The new system works like a champ, and my family is happy to have hot showers again! I can absolutely recommend them as professionals and subject matter experts in thier field. They answered all my questions about the pros and cons of the different replacement systems, and were very polite and customer friendly. Thanks again!

Excellent communication and punctuality! I called in to have my preventive maintenance done and was able to have same day service! Highly recommended and the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable on maintaining my AC/Furnace throughout the year. Will use them again when it’s time for Winter Maintenance!!

I had a problem with my A/C in the summer. Scott Heating and Cooling came to my rescue. They came in a timely manner, professionally dressed, courteous and informative. As it turned out the problem was an easy fix. Upon completion, I was informed of a program that had a twice yearly inspection of the A/C in the spring and fall inspection of the heater for a nominal fee. Change of filters were included each time. I scheduled the fall inspection as I was having some problems with the heater. Upon inspection it was found that the thermostat, installed by another company, was inferior. The techs came back the next day with a new one. After installation I could feel a real difference! As a senior citizen it is important to me that I trust the people that take care of my home. I had different techs each visit all were professional as previously stated! Very pleasant company to work with! I highly recommend these people!
