Same day service to my furnace and even had the part I needed replaced so everything was working by the time they left. Sal was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I will be calling this company for my cooling and heating unit maintenance going forward and would recommend!

A couple of years ago Scott converted my AC to a refrigerated Trane system and I absolutely love it! And every technician that comes out to do the preventive maintenance has been wonderful. Scott is very responsive quick and exceptional in their products and service.

Ac went out and Had them come out in Oct 2019 over the weekend and they were very professional. Mr Chavez diagnosed the problem to the compressor and came out that beginning of the week and fixed the AC...They even waived the weekend fee, and gave me advice on avoiding maintenance issues...First class service couldn't ask for more....thank you all...I put the date on here so people who read the reviews know that their reps now are 5 star...I can't speak about the past because I didn't have them before ...but now ...I wouldn't go with anyone else....

An absolute waste of my very precious time. Maybe Bill Gates could afford their service...

The tech stated, "there is a flat rate of $1700" FLAT RATE OF $1700 to repair my a/c?! I could buy a new one for $1800! I would never ever ever trust ANY company that rather than charging a tolerable base rate + per hour. How is $1700 even comparable to $75-85 an hour from other places?

My own fault because I trusted the reviews (which I now wonder about their validity).

I would NEVER suggest them to anyone.

Hvac Tech Adam was great on time, called when heading hear. Great customer service.Adam was very informative of what he did, as well as very clean work. Adam is a definition of great image of hardworking to this company.

Mr Chavez from Scott’s Heating and Cooling was very professional. He fully examined the problem and went above and beyond what I expected. He displayed a high level of understanding his craft and because of him I will become a repeat customer. I have total confidence in his workmanship.

Scott Heating and Cooling has been to our home 3 times in the past year. Each time they have been outstanding. They have professional and knowledgeable techs who always arrive on time.

Tech arrived on time to do preventive maintenance on split system and was very knowledgeable and professional. Reliable as well as I tried calling other companies to get a maintenance done for one unit and couldn't get anyone else talk about convenience as well.

Just got off the phone with a tech. He first tried scaring me on how much it was going to cost me for him to go to my house and diagnose the issue. Then said he probably won’t have the parts I need without knowing what’s wrong. Lastly said and I am making dinner right now so I won’t be out there till later tonight. I have never had someone give me so many excuses not to work and take my money. I told him don’t won’t to bother him and was relieved I cancelled my service call. I do not recommend this company and feel sorry for ownership.

Do not call this company!! My in-laws A/C went out called Scott's Aire the technician said the compressor needed to be replaced. A few hours later another representative called and recommended replacing the entire unit with a cost around $7000.00. My in laws called another company, guess what the problem was not the compressor. Total cost to fix the unit less than $100.00. This company lacks integrity and tries to take advantage of older clients.
