Scott Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Lost heating during a cold snap. Called Scott heating and they were out that afternoon. The furnace had a major breakdown, and we decided to replace the unit. They were back in 3 days with a new Trane forced air heater. Installation was quick and skillfully performed. No problems at all since then. Would definitely use Scott Heating again.

We were suppose to just have a circulating pump installed on our water heater. During that process the threads on our water were damaged and so we had to have new water heater installed. The first day they were to show up between 8:00 to 9:00 am but didn't come until noon. No call initially to let me know. I had to call to find out when they would come. Next day again did not show up until noon. The work was done correctly but their notification about when they would show up was terrible. Also, the fact that I went from just needing a circulation pump to now needing a new water heater and the additional cost was not expected.

Very disappointed. Had them do my new furnace installation last year. Works great but this year had them come turn it on and they came very late. They apparently didn't have me in the schedule. I'll call my handyman next time.

Scott Heating and Cooling did hour conversion from evaporative to refrigerated cooling about 4 years ago. We have been impressed with their service ever since. They are very reliable and don't cancel appointments. The quality of their service is excellent.

Javier is very knowledgeable and very professional. We didn't know what the issue to our AC was and he was able to identify with precision. Scott AC has a good one here, recommend the customers for Javier IF he's available

This computer is staffed with professional techs that always do a great job. I am very pleased with their service and recommend it to everyone in need of maintenance or assistance. 👍

Great job! Gonzalo and the other gentleman assisting were on time, diagnosed and fixed my unit on the same visit! Also they were able to provide me with expert guidance on how to make my house cooler and save on my bill. Called the business for help with HVAC (shut off completely on a hot day), Within matter of hours, tech Jose Gomez was at my house assessing the issue. He replaced the parts needed, order a new part and installed that 2 days later. This is remarkable service and very professional and knowledgeable tech, big shout out to Jose Gomez!
