The service tech was super polite and he took his shoes off for me, I was very happy. He was fast and found the problem quick and fixed super fast. Super polite, his name was Cody.

Kelly's was great! I was contacted early in the day, he Arrived on time, was able to diagnose the issue and obtain the replacement part the same day. He came back later that day and finished the job.

The technician was nice. He did a great job. Fixed one pipe and did a great job. Then there was a second pipe that needed fixing and only required a small adapter to be screwed on to cap it. Charged me 125.00 to screw on a 1 dollar part I could have done myself. Because of the freeze I had to use his part cuz Home Depot, Lowes, Ace were all out. Gouged me good for that one.

Kelly from Dr Rescue has been to my home numerous times for various issues over the years. He has always provided solid advice, not tried to upsell me, and been very fair about solving problems, even when the issue was not even related to my AC.

My wife and I are beyond pleased with the Customer Service and the new AC system that was installed by friendly and competent technicians. The technicians installing our new units treated my house with respect. We highly recommend Dr. Rescue for your HVAC needs.

I have to rave about this company! My technician Kelly was, he came hours within calling on a Sunday! He did everything possible to save my unit; although he had to deliver bad news, he offered solutions at a reasonable rate with financing & warranties!! Arrived for installation within the time window allotted. He worked and sweated hard: unloading, uninstalling old unit, replace/repair lines, install new outdoor and indoor unit, sealed, vacumn tested, triple checked everything, recharged with refrigerant, turned on and waited out the initial run time to confirm everything was good. He cleaned his mess and took all trash with him!! In almost half the time expected!! These people are honest and hard working!!! They are sympathetic of fellow human beings!! I am cool and not grumpy anymore!! Thank you Kelly @ Dr.Rescue!!!!

Luke came out and unclogged our toilet. He was very friendly, fast and effective. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Both incidents were calls to thier emergency call out line where the calls where answered promptly and the technician were dispatched and on site within the hour. Matt was very professional and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable about the issue and fixed it promptly.

Dr. Rescue replaced all the galvanized water pipes in the home after a leak with new Pex piping. They were efficient and professional. We will definitely do business with them again.
