Jacob arrived slightly ahead of time but we had advance warning from their sms system. He was very friendly very efficient and very helpful. He explained the issues and we are on our way to being fixed.

Kelly is always a pleasure to do business with. He runs a great company and stands behind his work. My recent experience with his new technician, Oscar, was great. Oscar was kind, professional and knowledgeable of the work he provided. I wouldn't recommend any other company to do business with.

My ac stopped working on a Saturday afternoon, I contacted Dr rescue immediately from a neighbor who had nothing but amazing things to say about this team. I got it scheduled and they were able to get to my house within an hour and get it diagnosed. They were able to make the repair and get my ac back up and running at a price that was within my budget! Found my new favorite company.

From the first phone call I made to the dispatcher to the tech "Matt" that came to my home i have been extremely happy. I have received great reputable service both on the phone and at my home. I am so happy my home warranty chose this company. I couldn't have chosen better myself. The tech was knowledgable and respectful and was extremely polite. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have a need.

They came and send wrong information to the Home warranty and Home warranty declined the repair. I asked for a second opinion and the home warranty sent another plumbing company.

This is the most honest company I've used for my a/c repair and heating maintenance. Oscar spent more time on my heating maintenance than anyone else ever has, doing a complete and thorough job. And he didn't try to sell me an expensive repair that I don't need, which has been my past experience with several other companies. Even though I have a home warranty, I signed up with Dr Rescue for my seasonal a/c and heating maintenance because of the great experience I've had with Oscar.

This was our first experience with Dr. Rescue & we are Super Impressed with their Outstanding customer service. We called Dr Rescue & spoke with Kelly about our water heaters that were acting up. They came out right away and corrected our issue immediately! We are Extremely Happy with Dr. Rescue as they were Prompt, Professional, and Courteous. They answered all of our questions & we will definitely refer friends/family to Dr. Rescue.
