My AC stopped working, so I called Dr. Rescue and their tech Martin P. who came out is a rock star. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get my AC back up and running.
Kelly came out to look at our pair of airconditioners that quit cooling. He has helped us out several times before and is always honest and will work with us on price. He and all the technicians have been thorough and knowledgeable. They will get to the root of the problem and get you fixed up. I highly recommend these guys especially in this wonderful Texas heat!
Kelly delivered the excellent service that I receive twice a year when I have my system checked with the change of seasons. Everyone at Dr. Rescue is efficient and cordial and deliver the kind of customer service that us elderly folks remember from a time long ago. I highly recommend this company!
Oscar was on time, professional and efficient. He worked in our heater that would not come on and isolated the issue. He also did some cleaning on the unit as part of a maintenance we will use going forward. I highly recommend this business and Oscar as a knowledgeable technician.
This business sucks! Scheduled on Thursday and they made an appointment the following Monday afternoon. So already days of no A/C. They called before they were supposed to show up just now and said there is a chance of rain, so would have to re-schedule 3 days later! So a week with no A/C? Nope. Called One Guard and got connected with another contractor for tomorrow- so now will be day 6 when (if) the next guy shows up. That's 2 days now having to take off work thanks to these guys. So, if you go with this company, check your weather to make sure there is not even a slight chance of rain that day or you will be sitting in your hot home for days longer.
I was very pleased with the services provided by Dr. Rescue and Matt P. Matt was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my clogged drain after working on it for hours. The front office was also very helpful and responsive with getting someone out to my house multiple times with a very quick turnaround. I would definitely use them again in the future!
I will recommend Kelly's A/C to everyone! I was put in contact with Kelly's A/C though my Home Warranty provider and I could not be happier with my experience. I received a phone call from Kelly's A/C within minutes of getting off the phone with my home warranty provider and Kelly's A/C had a technician out that afternoon and even arrived 15 minutes early on a Saturday.
After the technician Billy listen to me describe the behavior of how our furnace was acting, he immediately had an idea of what was wrong and proceeded into the attic. About 10 minutes later he came down and explained our control board was the culprit and showed me burn spots on the electronics board and he went even further saying that our flame sensor was very dirty.
That next Monday we heard from Kelly's A/C again saying that the part was ready and they came out that very day and replaced the control board that was failing and cleaned our flame sensor. At this point we signed up to have them maintain our HVAC now and in the Spring.
I could not be happier with Kelly's A/C! The front office folks that called were very polite and we able to accommodate our schedule. Their technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. Their communication was outstanding, including emails and text messages for the scheduling and technician arrivals and with their follow through with receipts being emailed.
Warranty company sent this company out to my home to replace a water heater that was aged. My home warranty approved the replacement but these crooks decided to charge me $1000.00 and get the compensation from my insurance in order to replace my water heater. They were suppose to replace it at no charge!! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Rude, unprofessional, and taking people's money at unreasonable prices!!! Decided to cancel their services and do it my damn self. What a joke!
We worked with Kelley and his team over the course of the past few months to do a complete replacement for two systems as well as some troubleshooting, due to mechanical errors not an installation issue, they have finally been resolved. Throughout the entire process both he and his team have been accessible, professional, and willing to do whatever it takes to make our house comfortable for our family. From the moment they came to do the initial survey to determine what we were going to replace the units with happened to their final visit, I never felt like they were talking down to me or explaining things or asked to pass messages to my partner. They always cleaned up after themselves each time and even gave additional helpful suggestions on how we could optimize the airflow and insulation in the home on our own. I would highly recommend them for any air-conditioning (or on the off chance heating here in TX) services. True definition of customer service and doing the job 100%!
