Dr. Rescue/Matt came out under a home Warranty contract and completed the repair without suggesting additional services and fees were "required" byway of make false claims about "out of code sink traps"... which is exactly what the previous Warranty services provider did. Because of their honesty and professional approach, they have earned our business for our three heating & cooling units as well as signing up for their annual service plan. Integrity goes a long way, well done!

Blue booked my appointment and she was just so phenomenal and cheerful to talk to! Technicians Kelly & Matt were so professional, honest and very helpful. They got our issue fixed lightening fast! Dr. Rescue is my go to repair company that I always request with my home warranty company. Thanks Dr. Rescue!

Horrible company to work with! Absolutely no availability they want you to die in your home with no ac not taking into consideration how high temperatures have been in Houston. There was a minor storm yes it passed my area already and they contacted me early in the day. Then when they tried to reschedule us the lady jokingly asked for us to wait another 7 days. No thanks!

Company is garbage. We have American home shield warranty and from the moment this company did their assessment they tried to sidestep our warranty. Tried to say they would have a new water heater installed the next day if we paid them $2200 (and not use AHS). After we rejected they tried to get us to pay for extra stuff we didn’t need out of pocket. A new drain pan and new flex pipes ($450). The flex pipes are literally brand new. We just had the entire house repiped. It’s not only a waste of money but irresponsible for the environment to insist on new flex pipes when they are literally brand new. The drain pan is literally a ring nut that you unscrew, pull the old drain out, slide the new one and put the ring nut on. Easy stuff. But when I said I would do it the lady I spoke to who said she was part owner (Enez) got an attitude and said they were gonna ask AHS to assign us a new contractor (thankfully done with this company).

Also remember at the beginning when I pointed out how they were willing to put new water heater next day if we paid them and bypassed the warranty service? Well even after they had a day set to pickup the water heater from AHS warehouse they were still pushing the install of it to 4 days later. So they were willing to install water heater purchased from them next day. But our water heater covered by AHS? 4 days is the earliest they could do. SHADY AND EXTORTION

Not only that but we talked to a supervisor at AHS and they told us that we didn’t need to pay any additional fees and even told us that she told DR Rescue that as well. The AHS supervisor also said DR Rescue never updated any notes so it still shows no further payments needed. This all adds up to Dr Rescue trying to go behind AHS’s back and charge us for unnecessary items. Very shady. Reported all this to the warranty company so hopefully they stop using this company.

Also, my licensed commercial plumber friend said that both the drain pan and pipes are fine to be reused. So this company was just trying to nickel and dime us and use us not having hot water as leverage to get us to agree to their extortion. All around shady. If you have AHS make sure you call and have this company blocked from being sent to your house for work unless you like being charged for unnecessary extra work on a warranty job.

Service was prompt and direct and the Technician Kelly was very knowledgeable. The price for my service was valued as well. I will be doing business with them in the future.

Horrible company! Had appointment 14 June, after waiting 7 hours technician Never showed. Were told at 7PM they would be there first thing in the morning, Never showed. They initially stated they did not get us on schedule for this morning then lied and said later that the technician was sick. Not a trust worthy company! Stay Away!!

Came out the day after Christmas, and the responded to my inquiry while it was Christmas Eve! T&P valve on my water heater crapped out right as the holiday was kicking off.
Kelly was a great tech. Made the whole process very painless. He also cleaned everything up very well when he finished.
I will definitely consider using them for our next planned plumbing or emergency episode.

I cannot boast enough about their customer service. They truly went above and beyond to try and help me in every way. They care about their customers and making sure that they are taken care of. Thank you for all of your help, Blue!

Excellent service and repair work, very courteous and knowledgeable employees with quick professional installation. They also do home repairs so I will have another job as well for these guys soon.
