Technician arrived late, but the company was very good about keeping me updated on this. While tech resolved current issue, his repair was "The Band Aid Approach" due to the limitations of our home warranty. I would never otherwise use this approach to resolve my AC repairs. The repairs for which we were financially responsible seemed overly expensive.

Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very quickly, had the part in his van and replaced it in minutes. Dr. Rescue is who we call when we need any HVAC service. We will probably call them for our plumbing service if we ever need any of those services as well. Thank you for the great experience!

Kelly is always great to do business with. His new tech, Oscar, provided service on the last visit for my AC repair. Oscar was professional and knowledgeable.

My a/c quit working in the evening after business hours. Called main number with no answer, but got an immediate call back from Carly who scheduled an appointment for the next morning. After handling a few priorities, Kelly arrived mid-afternoon and was able quickly resolve and repair the problem at a fair price. Due to age and wear and tear Kelly recommended a new unit soon. He didn't try a hard sell, but offered to send some estimate options. He also recommended getting at least two other estimates for comparison. I found him very efficient, knowledgeable, honest and fair. I would recommend Kelly at Dr. Rescue for all your a/c needs.

Luke was super helpful getting our shower fixed, helping us navigate things with our terrible Home Warranty service company.

He had a mask and gloves which at this time is key! I was lucky enough that he showed up at the beginning of the 9am to 1 pm window. He fixed the problem quickly and gave me helpful information about my sink. I was pleased with the service. I will visit this business again.

On June 4th my home warranty company assigned a service request to Dr. Rescue to determine the reason my hot water heater is leaking. Dr. Rescue sent a contractor to my home on June 8th to assess or repair the problem. The contractor said he tightened the drain valve on my water heater to stop it from leaking. He recommended modifying my pipe and replacing the drain valve as a Temporary Solution and said I really need to replace the water heater. After the contractor left, I checked my hot water heater and it was still leaking and the drip pan was filling with water. I contacted my home warranty company TWO times to let them know the problem still existed even though the contractor said he tighten the valve to stop the leak. My home warranty company re-submitted my service request to Dr. Rescue TWO times to come back to my home. No one from Dr. Rescue Called me, nor Texted nor sent an Email to come back to my home. As of the date of this review, my water heater is still leaking and no one from Dr. Rescue contacted me to schedule a date to fix the water heater. So now I have to call my home warranty company to send another contractor to fix my water heater.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This company will say they are giving you a 10 year warranty, and then a couple of years later say you didn't buy their 10 year warranty. Then this company will admit that they sold you a faulty product, offer to replace the product, but force you to pay for labor. This company only wants to steal people's money. This company is a scam.

Edit: Now the company responds after not answering my phone calls all day. She hung up on me, denied anything about a 10 year warranty, said I only had a one year parts warranty, never said anything about them coming to diagnose the problem (she told me to find someone else to fix the ac, instead of them coming out and fixing their problem), I have it on recording that you admitted that the company that you get your thermostats from sold them to you defective, you knowing they were defective you should have been contacting all of your customers that received the defective part, and changing that defective part with a new thermostat for free. I should not have to pay anyone to replace a defective item, people have lawsuits for things like that. I also have a text from Jacob (who you admitted worked for you) saying that it was a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I can send you the text, if you'd like.

You say that I didn't purchase any extended warranty, but then in the same paragraph say that I did in fact purchase a 10 year warranty.

Edit: You might want to go and listen to our conversation again, because you clearly said, "said company sold us a faulty thermostat." You didn't say if, you didn't say that you would send someone to come check out the thermostat and see if the thermostat was faulty, and I am not paying for something that is not my fault, but your companies fault. You never even said you'd come out and inspect it first, all you continued to say is that the parts are covered, but the labor is not. You treat your customers poorly. You instantly got an attitude with me when I was explaining the situation to you. What happens between you and your employees is between you two, it has nothing to do with your customers, and you shouldn't blame your customers for something your employees did wrong. I've already explained to you that Jacob clearly stated the 10 year warranty covers the parts and labor, it is not my fault he told me that, I should not be punished for something your employee did wrong. I have been in customer service for over 10 plus years, own my own business, and I would never fault a customer for something an employee (former or current) did, I would never fault a customer and make them pay for a faulty product that I sold them, and I would never talk to a customer the way you did. When I first started talking with you, you continued to tell me to go to a different company and have them fix my ac, I asked to talk with the manager/ someone above you and you refused to send me to anyone else (it's almost like you just wanted to argue with me) you hung up on me, and refuse to answer my calls to discuss this conversation between adults, instead of discussing this situation on a public form. I have my contract, I have the texts, and I have the recorded conversation. You have my phone number if you'd like to discuss this issue over the phone, instead of on a public form.

We got home on a Sunday evening and the AC was not working. Dr.Rescue was very quick to come out and to check and repair the problem in just about a hour. Kelly was very professional and courteous and will be calling on them again in the future. Thank you so much.
