I told technician that I was hearing rattling everytime I flushed my toilets and the noise was getting worst. I also stated that my toilets were clogged and flushing hard. The service tech came out and said there was nothing he could do but tell me he noticed the same thing. Home Warranty charged me $50 to send a Dr. Rescue service tech out to tell me that he couldn't do anything about my problem until there was a major disaster that happened first. They never told me this over the phone. The service tech seemed like he didn't care and this was a complete waste of time and money.There were no other alternative s offered or anything. This has completely ruined my holiday plans and peace of mind. I will NEVER use OneGuard or Dr.Rescue again and I will recommend no one else use them either. They are both in the business of taking their customers money while providing no services.

I can't recommended Kelly's AC enough. Our system went out. We called Kelly's as one of several companies I talked to as part of our research to get a company to troubleshoot the problem. Everyone I talked to at Kelly's was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was still researching companies but was so impressed with their people I talked with that I scheduled a visit. I'm glad I did. The technician came out, answered all my questions about the problem and how to resolve it. He fixed it quickly at a fair price. I have been very pleased with the entire experience. I have already began telling my friends and neighbors about my great experience.

I just had Dr. Rescue replace my water heater. Very professional, reasonable prices, very respectful of my property, cleaned everything up. Made sure everything was in great working order before leaving, even showed me everything they did to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am so glad they have added plumbing to their service, now I only have to make one call for A/C, heating or plumbing. I have used Dr. Rescue A/C and heating for several years now and he is awesome. I have referred him to several friends and he has done excellent work for them also. Very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Rescue AC for all your AC and Heating work. No matter when I've called he has always been there.

Matt, our service technician, was fantastic. He did an excellent job of presenting the pros and cons of various options. He is prompt, quite courteous, and has a wonderful attitude. He is certainly 'customer-centric!" He gets lots of stars and represents your firm quite well. Kudos all around.

We had a nasty kitchen faucet leak. Kelly (the repairman) came to our home and did a THOROUGH assessment. When he returned, he repaired our sink in no time flat. He has always been professional, informative and expedient.

Dr. Rescue was sent to us through a home warranty. Our tech, Kelly, did a great job helping us. Easy to talk to and knew how to best help us with our drain issue. I would call on them again and again if issues or upgrades are needed in the future.

The ladies answering the phones were awesome. They saved me a lot of time dealing with my home warranty company by enduring their long wait times and keeping me updated on the status of my new outdoor AC unit. Billy came out to install the unit and was great as well. He was on time and had my home cooling off in no time. Thanks guys!

Our first experience with Dr Rescue was through a referral from our homeowners insurance company. They replaced an old air conditioning unit last summer and were complete professionals. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

I just had both units serviced today and Kelly was on time, professional and friendly. He also wore a mask, which is important to my family during self isolation.

I highly recommend Dr Rescue for all your air conditioning needs!

Martin was great and went the extra mile to fix the issues. I will still need to replace the unit but thankfully I have a working unit for now until i can get it replaced.

Can honestly say the service was 5 star. The gentlemen that came out was extremely knowledgeable, a true master of his craft. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provide a solution. He was also able to educate me in a way that was very easy to understand. very glad that I chose to go through this company, and should the need arise I will definitely be a repeat customer! Highly recommend!
