Schiller Services has been a fantastic resource since we purchased our home in 2020.. Tim has been out several times over the last few years and we will continue to call him in the future because he is simply among the best at what he does. He is able to diagnose and quickly solve the random issues with our older HVAC system, he is always responsive (even on weekends), he is a pleasant person to work with and he is willing to walk you through what is wrong and all the potential fixes. If you are looking for a quality HVAC service when you are in need, look no further.

We are so thankful Tim & his team came to our rescue with solutions to recurring A/C issues at our facility, just in time for the summer heat. Our system is working so well now, members say it’s too cold! We would definitely use Schiller Services again & recommend to others.

We had an issue with our AC unit not cooling and within minutes of contacting Schiller services Tim responded and came to fix the problem. He was extremely responsive- I contacted him via text, and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Schiller services and will be using him as our ‘go to’ AC guy!

Schiller Services was awesome. Answered my call right away. Came out and had my a/c up and running right away. Liked them so much that I am having them come out next week to do some other things I have been needing to have done. They are trustworthy, reliable and dependable!

Great Service! ♥️ They are my to go people for any AC issues. I have been utilizations them for years, ever since I moved up North. Pricing is reasonable! They explain everything. Any issues, Tim makes sure to take care of you and get your unit up and running. They usually come out the same day we call them. I rent and currently my ac is out. Our property management dragged their feet on response so I called Tim. He answered right away and was extremely helpful, taking time to explain different things we could try in the meantime. I was blown away that Tim was so eager and genuinely tried to help, even though I'm not a paying customer. Our landlord finally got back with us so we'll going that route and while I don't wish anyone to lose ac in this heat, I do wish we could have given Schiller Services business just because of Tim!

These guys are the best! Tim and his guys have always been very professional and their work is outstanding! It's easy to find a bad HVAC service company but it's not easy to find one that is this professional and run by people that know what they're doing and stand behind their work.
Bryan recently completed a summer tune up on our three units and he takes his time, is very thourough, documents all of his instection items and pointed out some drainage issues that we had a plumber correct. I feel like we are in great shape for the summer!

Just like everyone else here, I was looking for a reliable and honest person to come service our Hvac. We are selling our home and needed to service the unit and because this is out of our scope of knowledge we rely heavily on the person who comes to do the job with integrity and skill. Our unit looks brand new and he addressed all the areas we needed, provided us photographs to show the buyers as proof and offered his expertise afterwards and explained everything thoroughly. So basically every review on here corroborate my experience. We got what we thought we were getting when we called him. Book him you won’t be sorry. We will be using him from now on for our new home as well.

One of my ac units stopped working so I did a little research to find a good technician. I wanted a locally owned and honest person to work with, and I’m so glad that I found Tim and Schiller Services! Tim showed up within a couple of hours after I called him, took about 30 minutes, and the ac is up and running. I also appreciate that he took the time to explain, and show me the parts, that needed to be replaced. Great guy, great service! The 5 star reviews are 100% valid and Tim will be the first person I call when we need additional help with any HVAC issue. Thanks so much for doing business the way you do!

My wife and I couldn't be happier with Schiller Services. I highly recommend them. They were professional, attentive to our needs, and honest. We received excellent service and advice, with no pressure to make unnecessary purchases. Our HVAC system is old, but Tim had it running like new quickly, and - at our request - helped us devise a strategy to improve its' efficiency and plan for an eventual upgrade that falls within our budget. We will absolutely call on them again.
