Kelly S came out to take care of a busted pipe during the coldest storm since 1989! Never complained and was very polite the entire time! Highly recommend them!!!

Luke was the service technician. He was on time, very professional, and diligent. He identified the leak (in a very tough to reach place in the celing!) and quickly noted what was needed to repair it. Due to the high demand for plumbing repairs he did not have the exact piece of equipment needed to make the repair, but explained what we needed. I would definitely use him and Dr. Rescue again!

They were called out through my home warranty company for a leak at my water meter. They were on time, fast, and told me exactly what happened and what to expect. Very nice guys too, clean and professional looking.

Repaired my furnace within 24 hours of diagnosis and acquiring repair part. This service call was covered under my home warranty policy through First American Home Warranty. Dr. Rescue was very professional and worked timely with FAHW to repair my furnace.

Kelly did excellent work, far above and beyond what I was expecting in one night. Very professional, courteous, and got into very tight spaces. I highly recommend him and Dr Rescue!

They came out and replaced my AC drip pans, installed float switches then cleaned out my ac drains in a couple hours. I was very pleased with how quick and friendly the Technician was and will be using them again!!

Late to appointment and didn't bother to call to notify us of this. Had home warranty claim denied for questionable reasons. Was quoted almost $1000 to swap a fan motor that I can get at retail for $230 and $40 for the capacitor (I'm sure their cost is far better than retail). Seems like a very excessive quote. After watching a video of the swap, it looks like maybe 30-60 minutes of labor tops for an experienced technician.

Matt worked quickly yet carefully. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and neat. After repairing the burst pipe, Matt cleaned up the area for us and removed all debris from the material used to do the repairs. He is an asset to your company.

During these hards times right now with Covid-19 it's hard to get connected with a company that is able to get the job done ASAP. Dr. Rescue was on it from the get go. Immediately they contacted me and scheduled. Even though there was a time window, it was sooner than later. My garbage disposal was completely replaced in a timely manner, even though they had to come back the next day because other companies were closed. Thank you Dr. Rescue!

Very professional guys that informed us of everything they were doing. They did it well! They were patient to explain what was going on I would definitely employ them again, especially Luke and Matt.
