Earth Power AC and Heat

I found a well written article about geothermal and decided the company would be knowledgeable. I contacted several times for an estimate. First I called and was told to email. I emailed and received slow replies, and short, barely understandable email responses. I have never gotten help.

Quality equipment, ultra low quality installation. Unqualified installers that had to return over 4 times. AC unit in attic still leaks and have had to perform four separate repairs to my ceiling.

Wonderful people with a very good background in troubleshooting furnaces and ac units. Made an appointment and they were able to come out the same day. Pricing was great and there was no extra fees.

Mark was able to come out the same day. Didn't overcharge or try to up-sell. Easy fix for our 20+ year old furnace.

Was able to use a discount promo code from their website. Saved me a little cash. Good prices. Nice people. Will certainly use next time my ac has issues.
