Terrible and incompetent customer service. My ac stopped blowing cold air this past Friday so I contacted AirOne in hopes of getting someone out over the weekend. Spoke to a woman who scheduled me for 12-2p on Saturday, explained to her that I work overnight and would be asleep/unavailable up until appt time. Woke up to 2 missed calls + 1 text saying they had cancellations and moved my appt time up and that their tech was at my door. So I called the office and spoke to a guy who could only say "we had cancellations and moved your appt up" & "we had cancellations and our tech came by but no one was home". I explained to him the instructions I provided the woman the night before and asked when I could expect someone out - "no one will be coming out". negative 5 stars

Air One has been my a/c company for a very long time. They managed to keep my ancient heating and cooling system going for 15 years! Now I need to replace and they held my hand and explained everything so well as I made a decision on a major purchase. I’m not made of money, and Air One is a company that is sensitive to the customer’s needs and helpful in all ways, from repairs, replacements and financing.

I continue to get consistently excellent service from Air One. They have served my three homes for over eight years and I get prompt and courteous service whenever there is a problem. I also recommend the twice yearly scheduled service to "keep all systems go!" The cost per month is very reasonable plus you get s discount on parts. Keep the Air One team on your side!

Lance came to our house to evaluate our duct work and insulation. He is very professional and straight forward. Lance was prompt. Scheduling is easy. I would definitely recommend AirOne.

I called Airone on Sunday afternoon on 9/8/19. John Calderon contacted me with in minutes. I was impressed by him sending his picture. I was even more impressed by how quickly he had my issue fixed and the air back on.

AirOne is a great company to work with. They are responsive, courteous, and professional. Recently they have done a repair and given an estimate for replacing the system in the future. Great people. Thanks.

We had to completely replace our old unit in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Our old 15 yr old unit was going to be too expensive to repair. Lance and his team installed a brand new Carrier unit with a single-stage compressor, variable speed fan, and a digital wi-fi thermostat. We had an issue with the fan being out of round, causing a vibration in the home but Lance's team came out within a reasonable about of time and replaced it under warranty and were very apologetic for the inconvenience.
What I like about this system is that it's constantly circulating the air. I was skeptical thinking that my energy bill is going to increase.
My June 2018 bill was $138.62 and my June 2019 bill was $94.49. My July 2018 bill was 148.87 and my July 2019 bill was 99.83 so I am saving money.
The system is super quiet both inside of the home and outside. It doesn't make a loud sound outside when the compressor turns on.
I'm very happy with my purchase. The process was very professional. He came out and did a full analysis of our space to confirm what size unit my home would need to cool it properly. I feel like I have peace of mind knowing that Lance and his company will always do me right. I recommend them.

Heat went out during dropping temps called after hours and received a call back and a technician came out same day.

Great service. I have been using them for going on 10 years and they are easy to work with and very dependable and honest. I highly recommend them.

Called in service for our heater acting up due to Snowvid2021 and John Calderon came and assessed and found the issue. Was super helpful and honest. Their cost was VERY reasonable. They are now going to be my “go-to” HVAC company!
