Nicholas was great. Straight forward and honest. On time and courteous. Would definitely ask for his services again.

I had a commercial freezer that was not going sub zero. They sent a technician. He diagnosed it as a bad fan and motor on the evap. I asked if it was iced up. He said it needed to be replaced. I took it apart the next day. It was iced up. I cleared the ice and the fan works again. I called to ask them to come out and look at it and make a new diagnosis as it is colder but still not sub zero. They said I would have to pay again even though their diagnosis was incorrect. The customer service agent was less then helpful. I called someone else to actually repair it.

If you do not mind paying for their errors, call em up!

Manager has since called me to apologize and has returned my check. He was sincere and I would give them a try on the next shot. Customer service training issue? Bad employee? I am uncertain but i do feel they will work on their end to avoid instances like this in the future and let the proper people handle issue escalation.

I never post reviews but this company truly deserves a great review. Even though our electrical company screwed us and didn't do their job before now the AC company still showed up today (same time as the electricity company) so we can move into our house finally. They also are the only company who called us back and everything after we've called 5+ companies to get our ac unit hooked up.

AirOne has had techs who could not answer questions and tried to sell me a menu of expensive services. However, John Calderon was on time, knew what he was doing, and had the AC fixed in about 30 minutes.

Jackson was very professional, he was at our home on time and he was very polite.

I needed an air duct relocated. AirOne's technician arrived on time, was very personable and completed the job quickly and neatly. I'll call AirOne again when I need HVAC services.

John Calderon was polite and explained what he was doing. The job was done professionally and we are happy!

Have been having these guys take care of all AC heating needs for more than 5 years. Installed a new AC unit for me. Saved me about 30 dollars a month on electric. The owner is very courteous and knowledgeable I highly recommend these guys!!!
