The tech, JP, was very good. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and good at communicating. I’d have him out to the house anytime.

Nicholas isn't qualified to do pvc maintenance. He cut and reconstructed my drain line and left EVERY CONNECTION LEAKING!! I had to complete the repairs myself!

Turns out it was still under warranty. Faulty part.
