There when I needed them last year and this year, especially since dealing with record temperatures. Courteous and professional staff. Knowledgeable.

I contacted AirOne through the online appointment request at 3:00am in the morning. I received a call back at 7:30 and they sent Jackson to the house that morning. Jackson got the A/C up and running shortly after. He is a great representative of the company...He's very professional and his explanation of the repairs were easy to understand. We are so happy to finally found an honest and knowledgeable HVAC company!

Lance and his team are Amazing! Right before the 4th of July weekend our AC completely died, we called many companies, got many quotes, and no company stood out like AirOne or could beat the time and price for a AC replacement. Not only did they get the system for us within days unlike other companies who said it could be weeks but they also let us use window units during the few days we didn't have any AC, no other company did that knowing we live in Texas and it's really hot for our small kids to deal with. Couldn't be happier with our interaction with AirOne from the start to the end.

I have to tell the world about these guys. Lance and his team went above and beyond for us. My husband and I bought an old house in June of 2021, by the time winter came we realized our heat was not working at all. After calling several other companies and having everyone come out to give us diagnosis and quotes we decided to call one more place. This is how we ended up using Air One AC and Heating. Lance came out for the initial consult and was nothing like the rest, every single employee we came across was polite and knowledgeable. Every single other company told me I had to not only replace the ducting system but the actual unit needed to be replaced as well. Air One comes in and said they could fix the unit we have it did NOT need to be replaced and did the entire job for a LOT less money. I highly recommend Air One, you will not be disappointed. Lance B is very informative and detailed. He works with you on giving you enough information in lament terms for us less trained people to understand. He's cross training Lucas who is also seems to be a valuable asset to this company.
Lance doesn't lay on different expenses that aren't necessary but instead tries to work with you even in phases to have an efficient working A/C system.
Shelia in the office is kind and seems to always be available (does she ever go home?) LOL! I appreciate her always getting back with me or having techs call me back.
So far we've been pleased. Hoping our A/C and repaired ductwork will be completed quickly 🙏

This company goes over a beyond to provide the best service possible. Very nice and efficient technician and friendly appointment receptionist. Not only was my experience using them was more than amazing, two weeks later a received a hand written thank you card signed by every team member who works for them.
