We signed up for the Gold Membership Maintenance Plan and AirOne promptly sent out their technician name Jackson. Jackson’s service was fabulous. He was polite, very clean with his work, and really took the time to communicate as well as inform us of any needs that we might have to ensure that our AC system was running at optimal performance. I would highly recommend AirOne for any of your AC or heating needs!

AirOne detailed the main issues with my unit and was able to provide informed options to get my unit running optimally. I was provided before and after pictures as well as explanations of the issues. Lance was my technician and kept me informed from his estimated arrival time until the job was completed! Professional and attention to detail. Great job!

Our renters called us and said the thermostat wasn't cooling and wouldn't go below 79 degrees. In Texas that needs to get fixed ASAP!

Met Sheila from AirOne in a small business group and called her immediately! She was very responsive and had someone scheduled quickly! They arrived when expected (between 8-10am), the installer called me to talk about what the issue was, gave me all the options and I thoroughly trusted him and didn't feel pressured to spend a bunch of money! The issue was fixed quickly and within the same appt.

I would and will happily use them again and can't recommend them enough!

Called on a Monday night, someone answered and got me scheduled for the next day. JP was my tech and he walked me through all my options. I have an older system and just trying to make it through the summer. I've gone through multiple companies up to this point, all of them tried to up sell me but I wasn't having it. JP was reasonable and gave me exactly what I I wanted without the up sell. Once I need a new system I'm definitely calling AirOne 10/10

When a contractor exits your home, they should knock before coming back in unless otherwise told it was ok. And when they are done, they should do their paperwork somewhere else other than sitting in your driveway for a long time after you have parted ways. Other than that. Great service.

Great service!! Answered the call right away after hours. Was here first thing in the morning. Nicholas took his time to repair the issue and also maintenance our system. Very professional. We now have our HVAC service provider. I highly recommend Nicholas if you want great expert service!

This is our third year using AirOne for our AC unit repair and annual maintenance needs. Jackson is very professional and finished the scheduled service quickly. He even charged less than originally quoted, adjusting the estimate because the service took less time than originally expected. It was a great experience and we will continue using AirOne for our maintenance and repair needs.

JP arrived earlier than expected (after calling and making sure I was available first of course) and was in and out quickly. AC fixed within minutes and he was very friendly, and very professional. I would definitely use them again for any HVAC or AC issues.

AirOne price gouged the price for a fan motor for my A/C unit. They charged $2114.00 for the motor which only cost $410.95 from Amazon. The amount of time spent on site for this work was about 2 hours. The diagnostic visit and installation visit cost approximately $800 plus per hour. This is price gouging in my opinion. I will be warning people on social media to stay away from AirOne
