The scheduling process was easy. The technician Jackson was helpful, thorough, and professional. I declined repairs (unrelated to quality of service), but will definitely call them for diagnostic purposes in the future.

Our HVAC system was in need of repairs and upgrades, despite years of visits from other companies. PJ pinpointed several safety issues and repaired them beyond my expectations. Lance installed a new filter system into 137 year old floors perfectly! I'm beyond satisfied.

The recent hailstorm broke the plastic external wall vent on the outside of the home.
Some A/C companies will not replace it.
I, on my own, previously purchased 3 possible vent types to replace the current fresh air intake vent due to the reluctance of companies called.

Then I found AirOne. They were happy to help. Their techs came out the next day, selected the best of the three (a metal version) and installed it without issue.

I think I will choose this company for my HVAC needs in the future, thank you AirOne!!! Excellent service!!!

Lance has 20 years of experience and called me back at 8am Saturday morning. He is kind, articulate, fast working, and understanding of particular circumstances. He'll be the first person I call for future HVAC needs.

Lance and Sheila and their crew are so professional, courteous, incredibly knowledgeable and the team is super innovative in the way they have solved problems / found solutions for our AC and duct-work issues. They stay up to date on industry changes and have an impeccable mindset towards environmental impact of their industry! Everyone is an absolute pleasure to talk to and deal with and we are absolutely thrilled with all of the work they've done on our systems. AirOne was able to fix issues other companies had attempted addressing multiple times and get the air in our home not only working / cooling better but also running cleaner and more efficiently. The crew even let us know about a potential plumbing problem they noticed while under our house that we might otherwise not have noticed for a long time and can now address with a plumber. Following the repairs, we even received a thoughtful gift basket in the mail from them along with a card signed by the whole team!
They will forever be our go-to heating and AC company.

Service technician was very polite. Condenser fan motor was out technician got it ordered and installed the next day. Would recommend Air One.

After Christmas:
The system communications had one final glitch in it to which Air One promptly responded (JP came back) diagnosed the issue and reset the system (in a little less than an hour) and charged -0- dollars...for the follow-up.....
