Excellent customer service from beginning to end! My AC was down and AirOne put me on the schedule for the next morning, while others were scheduling 1-2 weeks out. I worked with Nicholas and he was timely, polite, professional, and definitely knows his business. Will continue to use this company!

My AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and I feared it was going to be a costly fix and might take a while. It turned out the condensation line was clogged and AirOne had cleared out and back up and running in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Since having the work done I had the pleasure to meet Lance the owner and he is a really great guy. Knowing Lance is running the business give me confidence to call them for any of my HVAC needs because I know they will be honest and professional.

Very happy with this company. They are responsive and professional. They came the same day to diagnose our AC that stopped working. They provided several options from budget friendly to more expensive. They discussed the options and were knowledgeable. They even brought window units at no charge while we were waiting for our new unit... which they installed this week even though they were very busy. Technicians were friendly and I'm happy with the service so far. They even worked with different financing options which is very important for such an expensive purchase.

Our AC went out and they ordered parts and got us up and running again.

Nicholas was awesome. He actually arrived early for the appointment. He called to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem with the blower fan and gave me detailed options for the repair. Kept me informed the entire time and was able to make the repair quickly the same day.

Very pleased with the AirOne install of or new Carrier 4 ton system. Thanks to Lance for our initial visit and to JP and Jason for a professional installation. They were right on time and finished the install in about 5 hours. The new system is so quiet!!!

I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT SERVICE this company has provided for us; from the lady on the phone to the technician who diagnosed our problem, to the team of guys who replaced my entire AC system and all the way up to the owner (who took the time to answer many of my questions)!! Each one was professional, knowledgeable, fast and kind!! Its hard to find kind people in the service industry these days! They replaced my entire system in one day, they were quiet, fast, and even set up tarps to protect my floors AND cleaned up before they left!! My friends recommended this company to us and I would recommend them to anyone!! Fast service, affordable prices and honest kind staff! And no, Im not friends with the owner so I have no reason to sing their praises other than I hope their company flourishes because they are EXCELLENT!

Nicholas did a good job and made it out the next day. He asked me beforehand what I knew was going on to narrow down the problem and save us both time. I have a ton of respect for him and all others doing AC in this heat. Would recommend AirOne to others.
