Temperature Pro was very quick to send over a technician to diagnose and fix our system. Lee came over and did a thorough inspection and quickly fixed our problem when the system fan stopped working. This company is by far the best in San Antonio when it comes to Heating and A/C installation and service. Five stars from me.

Lee Elizondo came to check out unit for a recall. He took measurements and pictures. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very professional and informative.

Robert and Pedro showed up on time and ready to work. They were very courteous and polite. We had our HVAC coils cleaned and new refrigerant into our system. At the end he explained what was done and answered any questions I had. I had a good experience overall and would definitely call them again in the future!

TenperaturePro was responsive, informative and personable. They were the first company to return a request for estimates and took the time to explain the “why” behind HVAC recommendations. After getting 4 estimates, I went with TP based on what I anticipated to be high quality install work in relation to reasonable pricing/financing.

The technician who headed up the install took time upon completion to go into the attic and to go outside to explain how best to care for and maintain our new system.

We have a quality control follow up appointment scheduled for later this week.

So far, we have been very pleased.
