Ovie was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what I should do monthly to maintain the two furnaces. I didn't watch him working on the units but he certainly took the time to do his work and didn't rush in and out as quickly as possible. If I had issues with my units I would definitely feel good having Ovie come back to take a look.

We're currently undergoing a new system install and have been very happy & impressed with TemperaturePro so far. Ruben and Ronny were our two HVAC technicians today for our quality inspection and duct cleaning. Both of them were extremely polite, kind, professional, and thorough; exactly what you want out of your HVAC company. If you get a chance to meet or work with either Ruben or Ronny, I highly recommend it! Ruben also came out to help troubleshoot an issue a few weeks ago (after-hours) and was super helpful. He answered all of my questions and educated me on our new system, which I really appreciated. Thank you both!

UPDATE: Our new system installs are now totally complete and we're very happy with them. Austin and Lee were our technicians doing our final checks & balancing and making sure everything was running smoothly. Even when it started raining they continued working safely and efficiently.

TemperaturePro is local family Woman owned business, which means they are responsible, nimble and community friend. If you choose TemperaturePro, you are actually supporting our San Antonio community. Courtney, the owner of TemperaturePro, was very easy to communicate and she was open to hear for pricing and scheduling. And I didn’t feel any sketchy marketing sales feeling at all. She came here for us to propose the best solution they can offer clearly. Even I had a better price quote at that time, I signed bc her offer was very professional, clear and fast delivery. Next day, Antonio and his team was working so professionally and explained all the details and tips to maintain AC in good shape. Whole installation was completed in about 2 hours and checking all the corners. And new ac is working so good now. I am exiting about their follow up for the next season and more. All this great experience turned me as an active promoter for her business for my friends in SATX.

The technician Lee Elizondo was prompt on time. Lee was not only very cordial but extremely knowledgeable. He explained the problem solving process step by step. Very impressed by his patience and technical acumen. Also, very detailed and wouldn’t give up until found the overall state of my system. if you call Temperature Pro, ask for Lee.

Ever since August 2021, when the owner of Temperature Pro , Courtney Meier, first gave me a most professional and comprehensive presentation of the new HVAC system, and she forthwith diligently replaced my broken down system with a new excellent Daikin HVAC system,(previously unfamiliar to me) by her installation crew and her special attention to customer service.

Lee was very professional, thorough, and found a number of issues we hadn't been able to determine on our own that will help our HVAC run more efficiently. He was very respectful of our home and not making/leaving messes. He explained everything well and even showed me the issues we discussed, taking photos of the problems to show me what I couldn't see otherwise.
