Maxwell visited this time to help us check into issues we’ve been having with air quality and found that the air scrubbers we had installed to reduce the amount of allergens inside our home needed to be tweaked. He also reduced the fresh air cycle since the cycle program was set to pull in air 8 hours out of 24 hours in the day. He made the adjustments and the next day our air quality shot up.

Maxwell was great in his explanation of the process and very thorough in his work and clean up of the area. He was knowledgeable and professional. Great job!

Sam explained what was needed to fix my AC unit outside and fixed it in a timely manner. My house was back up with functional, cool AC in no time!!

When they couldn’t come to install right away they provided a portable a/c. It was a big help! Antonio was the lead technician for the dismantling and install of new unit. They were here for quite a while taking care to install everything properly. They added a pad to outside unit because it was in low lying area for rain. When they finished, he took the time to explain what homeowner maintenance needs to be done between the 6 month professional maintenance. I appreciated the info. I was very pleased with the company. I would call them again!

His relentless and resilience work ethic is truly amazing, Example, not-with-standing the temperature being 110 degrees in our attic, Ronny was not satisfied with his first attempt, and went right back to the attic, and successfully completed and eliminated the problem We are so blessed to be a Temperature Pro member/customer , especially with a Tech like Ronny on their team.

This was our first cooling systems semi-annual inspection/tune-up with TemperaturePro. Maxwell Moreland was the technician that performed the work on our two systems which had been installed by TemperaturePro in April 2022. He was professional, thorough and polite. Maxwell corrected a drain line issue and completed the tune-up and inspection on both our cooling systems. He kept us informed of his progress and took the time to answer all my questions.
