This is the company I chose to instal a new a/c unit when the original unit continued to leak Freon for almost 20 years. They were quick, clean, and professional with the instal.

Today was a scheduled maintenance. Although, I did read the date wrong and Lee made time to service my unit anyway. He was extremely courteous, precise, and quick. Lee is a very good technician.

AC clog was drained and they fixed it quickly, explained how to prevent future occurrences and made sure all my questions were answered.

Austin, our tech, was great. He arrived early, was extremely personable and professional. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and repair it quickly. After a week of no AC, it's not an exaggeration to say he was a life saver. Overall, we're really happy with the service we received.

Lee was very kind and was able to come the same day to ensure our heater was ready for the cold temperatures tomorrow. Highly recommend him and his company!

Courtney arrived on time. Communication was excellent. Courtney really did her homework and had printouts to give us pertaining to our home. The information she presented was clear and enlightening.
When the team came to install the unit, the installers were so very polite. They put down drop clothes in the house to protect the flooring. They kept me informed about their progress. They picked up all the trash and took it away. Then one of the team explained how the new system worked, showing how to flush the line and change the filter, and how to program the new thermostat. It was a pleasure working with the installation team!

First, I would like to say that the technician (Pedro) was very professional, curious, and informative. He arrived on time, went quickly to work and found the problem and corrected it. Pedro would have been given five stars for his work. However, when I made the appointment, I was told a technician would arrive the next day between 3 and 5 pm. About 5:30, after a no show, I called the person who had set up the appointment and it went directly to voice mail. The next morning there was another call made and again direct to voice mail. About 10 am I received a call from (who I believed was the owner) to say that they would be out between 3 and 5 pm that day. The reason for the previous days problem was because the first person did not calendar the appointment.

Met Austin- very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Performed PM on my A/C and 24 year old furnace. Discovered heat exchanger to be defective thereby potentially saving our lives. How good is that! Love this company. Ed Hade

Just a great company and team. Everyone was professional and courteous and honest, everything we were looking for when Buying a HVAC system. We originally had another company come sell us on using them, unfortunately we were mislead with pricing and product so we stopped contract. We called Temperature Pros. Courtney used power point to explain all the technology and different systems and upfront pricing, which gave me the power to make an informed decision that was right for me and my home. Install of HVAC was with Antonio L, he and his team was very professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly caring about the work being done. Found him taking extra time and effort to make sure it was done to standard. Next day we had a Quality Inspection from another technician to go over the install with no noted issues. HVAC was a Daikin variable speed unit and so far it’s made a world of difference. I Highly recommend them.
