TemperaturePro San Antonio

It's never fun to have to call a repair service when your AC goes on the fritz, but it happens. When I happened with my TemperaturePro San Antonio unit, I called and the amazing service this company offers went into high gear. The tech was on time (actually 5 minutes early), quickly diagnozed the problem and went to work. About an hour, my unit was pumping gobs of cold air into my home. To say I am satisfied with Temperature Pro service would be a gross understatement. Wish I had known about them a year ago. And I can only give them 5 stars?

Our first encounter was not optimal, but TempertaurePro came out later that afternoon to resolve the issue and get our A/C back online. Since then, we have had them perform a 2nd service and yesterday they came out due to an AC issue. Turns out the updated backup drain/sensor they installed during our their initial visit did its job and shut the system down due to a drain clog rather than overfilling the drain pan and causing potential damage to our ceiling. The technician, Ovie, was very helpful and explained some things to consider with the drain clog (ties into restroom sink) and what to look out for and how to overcome issues in the future. TemperaturePro have been very responsive and the technicians have been friendly and helpful. We are pleased with their service and they have earned our update and a 5-star review. [Original] Had TemperaturePro out to correct a functional drain line and now our A/C is throwing a sensor error and is not working. Temperature is heating up in the home (already 78/81 degrees) and we will have to wait for at least another 4 hours for them to come back and correct a problem that wasn’t there prior to their service. It will surely be hotter than hell sitting here until they can come out and correct it. This is my first service w/TemperaturePro and we’re not off to a good start.

Maxwell was very professional and thorough and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Temperature Pro.

Pricing was right in line with other vendors. Actually a bit better. Answered all my questions and then some. Installation crew was on time, knowledgeable and polite as well. Phenomenal experience with the Temperature Pro San Antonio Team. We have had multiple companies look at our HVAC system with no success of solving the issue. Lee Elizondo and his team diagnosed the issue to its origin and resolved it efficiently. Recommend this company to all with any HVAC issue.

Lee came out to inspect my system due to a Daikin manufacture inspection. My system checked out ok. But he did go over my system and gave me information on my unit. It is old and I know I will be in the market for a new one in the near future. I will giving Temperature Pro a call when the time comes.

Maxwell was our repair person, very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail. This is a great company, run with very modern programs that make it easier to understand the workings of my hvac system.

A great first experience with this company who rescued us from the Texas heat! Tech arrived earlier than expected on Saturday July 2 (a great thing) to get our AC back up and running during a holiday weekend with anticipated 105°F temps. Courtney took my call and walked me through what the issues could be. Within no time, Austin was dispatched and diagnosed and repaired the problem and made recommendations as to how to avoid another significant AC failure. Top notch professional company with fair pricing and quality workmanship. I also liked the pictures and details they email with the invoice to demonstrate the readings and work done. Nice touch that differentiates them from competitors.
