TemperaturePro San Antonio

Our company used TemperaturePro to install two Daikin AC units in July of 2022. They showed up on time, were very professional and even found an existing problem with one of our units that they fixed FOR FREE on the spot while they were only to inspect our system to put together a quote for us. They came when planned for the install and even finished earlier than their estimated time frame. They cleaned everything up nicely before leaving. Then a week later at 4pm on a Friday, we called with a minor problem, I expected a Monday or Tuesday followup, but they were here within an hour!!!

This is the type of company it is a pleasure to do business with!!! We felt we got too good systems at a good price with great service. It is not often you can spend $25,000 and have no regrets later; wondering if with a little more research, could I have done this better, or looked at that more, etc.?? With TemperaturePro, there were never any afterthoughts of "did I make the best decision"? We have used many AC companies over the years, but from now on TemperaturePro will be the only one!!

Rueben was awesome. He explained everything that he was doing. They need to come back and finish. Rueben has worked very hard to help us with the air conditioning, they will be coming back to finish. Got kinda late. I would use this service again

Ruben was personable and explained everything he was doing, I do not ever remember anyone hosing down the outside base. He explained what he was doing to find if there was a leak. Would like if he could do the repairs once you find the parts please

As always, Lee was on-time and conscientiously went about replacing my AC motor and fan, and completed the job quickly. Lee is very professional ... he explained and showed me the work he performed and asked if I had questions. Aside from that, he offered to bring in my trash can and get my small dog who walked out the door when he found out I injured my back. If I owned my own business I would definitely want someone like Lee to work for me.

Maxwell did a great job! His attention to detail was fantastic! We can now look forward to the summer with confidence.
