We purchased a $10,000 new Daikin HVAC unit from Temperature Pro In August 2021.16 months later an error occurred and it stopped working. Temperature Pro came out and found the problem. It was a defective part that needed to be replaced - very unusual- something that had never occurred before with the Daikins. They contacted the manufacturer and had the hand-made part sent to them within two days!
They spent a day making the repair - decided to consider all of it covered by the warranty- and invoiced us for $0.00!
Temperature Pro is the best! We will be continuing to use them for service.

For our fall cleaning we had Lee. He was well within the service window we were told. Love the app they use to indicate when they will arrive as we have two dogs I need to prep for having "company". He was very patient with them and did a great job with the maintenance needed. I highly recommend Courtney and her staff at TemperaturePro. You will not be disappointed at all!!

Timely and quick! I requested service at 11 AM and the technician was at my door by 1:30. Jerry Molina was professional, courteous, and thorough. Although, I only needed a minor repair, he still checked everything else just to make sure there weren't any secondary issues.

Agent Alex came to our home and gave an overview & prices on a new HVAC system. He gave an EXCELLENT presentation and is very professional.He covered the values of various units and their new technologies in detail. He checked certain aspects of our system inside and out. It was a pleasure having Alex visit and provide us with important information.
