AUSTIN BURKE IS ONE OF THE MOST CAPABLE HVAC REPAIRMEN I HAVE EVER MET. HE IS PROFESSIONAL, EXTRAORDINARILY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, GAVE US AN ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB AND ONCE WE APPROVED THE JOB HE IMMEDIATELY STARTED REPAIRS WHICH WERE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WISH I COULD GIVE HIM TEN STARS. WE ARE AN ELDERLY COUPLE WHO HAVE HAD CERTAIN UNSCRUPULOUS REPAIRMEN IN THE PAST. SO WE ARE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THE PEOPLE WE HIRE TO DO REPAIRS OR OTHER WORK ON OUR HOME. Chris came out to give us an estimate for a new unit. Explained two different options for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We did advise him that at this point we are gathering estimates to see which one will work for us. We will let Chris know as soon as we have decided. Thank you

Carlos replaced our coils on our AC unit. He did an awesome job, and went above and beyond in explaining the whole process and ensuring all was in order. TemperaturePro customer service was amazing too. They were out to help the next day after our call. Truly happy with this company! We also had Brandon out to help with a repair, and he was great!

It's been a year, and of course our ac died again. The thousands we spent on coils was completely wasted, and we ended up having to install a whole new system. Really wish we never used temperaturepro. Found a different company for the new ac system. Didn't want to get ripped off again. Save your money, and find a more reliable company.

TemperaturePro was spot on when giving us all the options of repairing an existing system or replacing both the inside and outside unit, updated our thermostat, and duck work. They were open and honest with all our options and answered all our questions. ALL their techs are professional and respectful of the property. With the updates they suggested our house cool/heats betters and they helped balance air flow to/from the converted garage space. SOOO glad we listened to updated our system!! Juan with TemperaturePro San Antonio performed our winter maintenance today and he was right on time. He checked out everything to make sure we were ready for the winter. He was very professional and knowledgeable. See you in 6 months to do our Spring Maintenance. We Love TemperaturePro !!!

I made a preliminary inquiry about the newer A/C systems, their technology and usage experience etc., with a view to replace my 10-yr old Trane system.

Spoke in detail with ALEX, and was highly impressed by his technical knowledge, professional attitude, sincerity and honesty. I will be getting together with him to further examine the Daikin system's suitability for replacing my existing Trane system.

Pedro Nevarez arrived on time and went above and beyond to make sure everything about our AC system was in great shape. The previous company that did our inspection told us we needed a whole new HVAC unit asap (over $6k cost) because ours was about to die. Very glad I had someone else come out. I plan to use Temperature Pro (and hopefully Pedro) for all our future maintenance needs.

My air conditioning went out during the night. Pedro arrived on site and had my air conditioning back up and working by 2:00 pm. On top of everything else, Pedro was friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend TemperaturePro!
