Courteous and came out the same day. Fixed it in less than an hour. Problem was a leaf on coils and dusty. Hopefully that’s all that’s wrong and everything is ok.

Every person I had contact with was courteous and professional. Options were presented to me based on videos and pictures of the unit. Explanations were given to me as not only what needed to be done by also why. The warranties that came with the product and labor are unheard of in today's world.

Gehrig Grosso was on time and came to look at my unit in the middle of the night and fixed my unit and got my ac working thank you again Gehrig

I loved how timely ASC was. We just moved in and didn't get the unit maintenance, so a compressor went out. Thankfully Roane was professional and explained to me the fix and got the cold air running again! ASC even made time to do the annual inspection for me and got our new home squared away! The experience went very well. The technician came out on time and helped fix the issues with the AC drain line and leaks in a timely manner. He was very thorough and professional.

Zac was very kind, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me details/information about my AC. He took care of a clog. If I ever need service again, I'd like to request Zac.
