Fast and great customer service! I called around 9:30 in the morning and was told someone would be here between 12-3 and they were here at 11! Zach was the tech and was fast, efficient and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Ron and his techs were very professional. They replaced and repaired an ongoing problem with my Mom's system that the previous company failed to repair due to poor work and dishonesty. They also honored the warranty that the original company would not. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them. Thank you Ron.

Gehrig was awesome!! Company was great, handled my A/C repairs quick and easy.

ACS was able to work me in within two hours of calling for repair. My original installer initially stated it would take them 5 days to get to me. After ACS. Arrived they quickly identified the problem a bad fan motor that was under warranty. The part supply house quoted three to five days for the part to come in. ACS supplied two portable units at no additional charge to keep the house cool until the part arrived.

I called about 3:45 in the afternoon and ASC had a service tech , Roane, out within 30 minutes . the service tech, Roane, so professional, has excellent work , he’s very neat and he’s a listener . Roane listen to everything I told him about what’s going on with my unit. Roane is very knowledgeable about his job. Within minutes my house was cooling. Roane was my knight in shining armor . ASC has a new customer and it’s me!
