These guys are great. I have never had such fast friendly service. I really appreciate how fast, friendly, and professional these guys were. It's been a hot week but they were on top of it making sure our family was a priority. Thank you so much!

This is the second time we have used ASC Heating & Air, with the first time being in February of this year when it was still cold outside. The fan blade was frozen due to ice that was melting and dripping from the roof line of our house. We called ASC Heating & Air the following morning and they were fast to arrive, fast to diagnose, and fast to rectify the issue, at an affordable price. Zach M. was the tech with the initial call, and he was very customer service oriented and knowledgeable. The second time we contacted ASC Heating & Air was this morning via their website appointment/contact option when we noticed last night that our A/C unit was not cooling. The fan was working, but it was not cooling. My wife sent a request online before they opened for the day (on a Saturday), and within 30 minutes or less, I received a call from Ron advising me that he had received our request and was working on getting a technician to our home. John A. arrived within an hour of getting notified of our issue and he quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem; we had been fully anticipating a costly compressor issue, but as it turns out, it was a capacitor and not the compressor that needed replacing. Again with today's visit the technician was very knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and the part and labor costs were very affordable. I want to say thank you so much to Ron, John, Zach and the ASC Heating & Air company for how fast and courteous they have been, providing us with affordable pricing and exceptional customer service. We are thankful to have found your company and plan to continue using you for our HVAC needs, although hopefully not too soon!

I have have had my AC repaired and serviced twice now, and each time has been quick, thorough and very professional. The technician, Gehrig, was very knowledgeable. Will be using them again in the future.

They do late calls as well in case of an emergency!!

Very great company, I had another company look at my ducts but would not give me a quote. ASC came out, gave me a quote right away got me financing and did the work the next day. Very reasonably priced.

Yesterday JR Perez was very detailed in checking what the problem was with my A/C . He was very informative. He actually had me thinking he was the owner of the company by the way he treated me and the way he talked about ASC company. I'm a business owner too and that says a lot about an employee. Great job JR!

Great response.
Fast troubleshooting, I wasn't hassled with upselling. Technician fixed it within 4 hours of being contacted on a Sunday.
Capacitor went out, total was 458$.
79$ for service, 379$ for capacitor.
I think billing may have gotten those prices backwards.
Capacitors are cheap, 379$ makes sense for Sunday service.
No complaints though, enjoying my A/C again and didn't have to wait at all.

Over the past two weeks, we've called numerous AC commercial companies to fix our unit, and we've been told everything from "you're out of our area", we're all booked up", "were not taking any new customers, and "your unit is not turning over and needs to be replaced."

We called ASC Heating & Air, Adrian answered the phone right away and scheduled to have someone out the next day. Within an hour, he called back and had JR out the same day. We were in the process of spending quite a bit of money with another company to have the whole unit replaced, when JR said all we needed was to find the leak in our duct system.

ASC saved us time, and thousands of dollars in such a short time, and they were very kind and professional. Austin Driving School will definitely be using ASC in the future.
