They came out quickly after I called them for a quote. They were very friendly and professional, they answered all of my questions, and offered a good value to replace our system. I even called with a few extra questions and someone always answered the phone quickly and provided the required information. Therefore, we have chosen them to do the install.

Tried other heating and air conditioning companies and kept getting the run around and they tried to screw me. True blue came out and fixed the issue timely without any extra bs. I've used true blue twice now and won't use another company from now on they're truly a good company.

Had a problem with our other A/C unit that True Blue did not install. They had a tech out here within 30 min. It was frozen, so they came this morning after it thawed to check it out and add more refrigerant. The techs are AMAZING, and there is no better service . Honest, reliable, trustworthy. Thank you! My A/C stopped blowing cold air on a Friday morning before a triple digit temperature weekend. I called early in the afternoon from work and met Hudson at my house mid afternoon. He had it blowing cold in no time and the fee was very reasonable. I’ll definitely call True Blue again in the future.

True Blue absolutely ROCKS in my opinion. We called them because our neighbors have used them and we had an emergent situation. They came out within an hour located the issue and began trying to solve it. The tech had to leave and came back when he said he would. Poor guy spent two plus hours in our hot attic trying to free the affected part. A new part was located and brought out and installed the next day. They went clear to Ft Worth for it!
This company went way above and beyond to resolve our AC issue and we are forever grateful.
They now have a customer for life!

Seth came out to service A/C unit in the middle of Texas hottest heat wave. Showed up on time and did good work. Didn't try to upsell unneeded items. Great quality work at reasonable price. Will use them again.
