True Blue Heat and Air

Have had True Blue maintaining my HVAC units for years now. They do an excellent job for reasonable rates. Wonderful personnel!

True Blue installed our new unit over 5 years ago and we’ve hardly had any issues at all. Anytime we need them, they arrive quickly and diagnose the issue even quicker weekday or weekend. They’re always prompt and professional and I will pay a little more for their good work and I don’t even comparison shop since I’ve entrusted them with my comfort.

Seth with True Blue is awesome! Laid back guy, knows his stuff, straightforward and works quickly. Came out on a Saturday/holiday weekend. They have to order a part so he provided us a large window unit to help provide some relief until tuesday/ Wednesday since it is a holiday on Monday. Great company to work with. I called about 5 others first a couple seemed like they did not want to work or help since it was late Friday night/ Saturday morning when I was needing it. True Blue is prompt and communicate with you which I appreciate.
Would certainly recommend True Blue to anyone who needs A/C services.

The crew came out one day for dryer cleaning and returned next day to do vents. They were on time and did good job and left house very clean! They were lead by Ralph and his two man crew were friendly and knew their job! Have already posted on Union Square site recommending them!

True Blue has been a Godsend during this hot weather. Both times I called they came in a quick manner and I didn’t have to wait to get cool air. Both Brenden and Seth were professional and knowledgeable and completed the service within a 20-30 minute time frame. Their prices won’t break the bank either. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning service. They get 5 stars from me.

My AC stopped blowing cold at midnight on a Friday in August. I have a 6 month old so I needed it fixed fast. I called 2 other places Saturday morning but even with their “24 hour” claim for business hours, they never returned my call. True Blue sent out Brendan D within an hour of my call, no need to leave a message. He replaced a capacitor and had me running again within 10 minutes of arriving. Cost was absolutely reasonable, I would’ve paid 5x to get the system running again. Plus, the company is based near my home, so I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Brendan!

Great communication from their dispatch. Technician was Seth, he was on time, thorough, friendly and professional. Great company to keep your system maintained and running as it should. Haven't had repairs done with them yet, but I'm confident they can handle it when I call.
