True Blue Heat and Air

I bought True Blue’s annual service plan two weeks ago. My spring check-up appointment was scheduled for today at 12pm. At 11:20 I received both a text and email showing me what technician was coming, a photo of him, and what his favorite hobbies are. Ralph arrived at 11:59 and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was here about an hour and performed a very thorough check-up. I then received an email with about 20 pictures of my components, amperage, freon, and various pics of both inside and outside units. No other company I’ve ever used has went to this level of customer satisfaction! As a first time True Blue customer I want to say THANKS for showing what a really great service should look like.

By far the very best company, and technicians in the business. It was 108, both my units went down, they were here in 40 minutes. I was expe ting days. The tech was all business, answered all my questions, and completed the work in about an hour. Super nice guy. The charge was very reasonable. You'd be crazy to call anyone else. Awesome experience every single time!

I am pleased every time I deal with True Blue. They are always friendly, timely, and seem to care about making the customer happy! They have replaced units, repaired units and performed routine maintenance. We are always satisfied with their promptness, thoroughness, organization and communication!

Once again Brenden was great. I have a power use issue. He came out the day I called for help. He checked the furnace and confirmed that it had no problems. I'm still trying to locate the problem. I highly recommend True Blue Heat & Air!

Our Technician Ralph was prompt and was able to repair our system quickly. He was able to expertly explain our problem and offer advice on our HVAC. We felt the price was fair.

My tech that came out was Ralph, and he was fantastic. Very professional, found the issues, kept me posted with everything he was reviewing and doing, asked permission to enter a room… truly a great rep. The company overall returned my call first thing in the morning and they fit me right in. I think my favorite part was how they sent me a text when my rep was coming with his picture and intro… that was really amazing and very professional! So I already knew who my rep was 😊

We came home from a two week trip to Florida on a 100° day to find our AC had gone out. It was 6:30 in the evening and the people at true blue answered their after hour phone and had someone at our house within the hour to repair our air conditioner. We will not use anyone else for our AC/he needs. They definitely care about people and take care of their customers even the first time ones. Thank you true blue heat and air.
