    From the first call till the job was complete, True Blue Heat and Air impressed me !! As a business owner I know what great customer service does for customers!! I felt at ease the second they answered the phone when I called. I knew when the tech was going to be arriving via text. James was very professional and knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time finding the problem with my AC unit that another company wasnt able to find. I will be using True Blue Heat and Air in the future and let my customers know what a great experience I had with them!!! Thank you James!!!

    True Blue Heat & Air are amazing!! Called on a Friday evening when our AC went out, they were honest explaining they could come out, but due to the breaker that keeps flipping off, it was probably going to need a part and there was no way to get any type of part at that point in time. They did come first thing in the morning (8:00am to be exact!), fixed the issue the same day! Prices are ALWAYS reasonable!

    Great local company. Always professional. They keep my 14 year old system maintained. I highly recommend them.

    Update: they are still awesome. My maintenance this Spring revealed a clogged condenser line, which they fixed at no additional charge. My system is now 15 years old and going strong. I highly recommend them!

    Update: I just had my old system serviced. They added freon. Still going strong! Thank you True Blue!

    Update: Fall service completed. No issues. Still going strong November 2022

    James did our maintenance check in early May and noticed I did not have Wi-Fi control to the thermostat. He took the time to talk to Kristi about it and they had the gateway ordered for me. The extra care they take of their customers is fantastic! He was back out today to connect the gateway so I have full control of the thermostat on my phone. Thank you James & True Blue!!

    Arrived an hour within my call, got the 17 year old unit cooling, could not find the leak, however, I know it's time for a more efficient unit. Great service. Depending on quote will most likely let them Install new unit.

    I called this A/C company because it was the first in the Royse City list. I wanted to get a quote to come out to my house and check my coolant. My AC is only 3 years old. True Blue lady made it clear minimum tripe charge is $125.00 even if I am down the road. Pressured me into enrolling into a service plan to avoid the $125.00 trip fee. I was going to take it, but chose to call other places for pricing. Called other A/C services and they all had a $75 - $85 trip charge. Some would even waive it if the A/C was fine. I went with Subcooling Air in Royse City. He was so nice waived the fee. MY A/C was full of coolant. I really don't recommend True Blue. Too pricey and the pressure to enroll into their maintenance plans. Its best to call around first.

    To True Blue. I am very kind and professional in all my reviews. If you click on my profile I am one of the top reviewers in America. The Subcooling review was the truth and in no way rude. It was professional and honest .I clearly stated and advised to struggling Americans, due to inflation, to shop around. Do not fall for sales or pressure. It never hurts to go for a better price. For True Blue to respond with singling me out as unkind rude person just tells you where they stand as a business. Ask yourself, how they veiw you as a future or current customer. This business lacks integrity and their conduct is not customer friendly. Read for yourselves.

    Hudson came out within an hour and had our heating system back up and running properly. He answered all my questions and was extremely polite. Highly recommend True Blue Heat and air . My old tech is just that now . Thank you everyone at True Blue for the fast service and lower prices than my past experiences with another company .
