    6/21/23. We had a break in our condensate line and water pooling in our attic. True Blue had Brendan out to our house within 2 hours. He quickly found the break and repaired it.
    Brendan has provided service for us several times and is just GREAT.

    They came out and blew in brand new insulation. They did a great job and were on time and finished in the time frame they said they would.     My system froze up twice the night of 7/26/17. After realizing that a standard "thaw it out" wouldn't work, I decided to give True Blue a call.

    At 4:30am on 7/27, I called their emergency number and Mike answered. He arrived at my house just 30 mins later and quickly diagnosed the issue. My A coil had developed a leak and was very low on refrigerant. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable as he explained the different options. Being that it's the older R22 system, it was going to cost $3k to replace the coil and recharge the system (5 ton unit).

    Considering the system was original and already 14 years old, I knew it made more sense to replace the system. Mike did a great job explaining why he does or doesn't recommend certain brands, but he said they could install any brand we choose. He made very clear that if a brand doesn't provide great customer service to them as a company, then he knew the customer might not have a great experience.

    Based on his experience as well as what I had read elsewhere, we decided to go with a Goodman 16 Seer Two Stage 5 ton Heat Pump system. Even though we chose to go a different route for financing, they had plenty of options available.

    Mike said they had an installation opening that afternoon to get the system installed. However, they were able to start installing by 9am!

    Their crew arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. They quickly removed the old system and took care not to cause any damage to our house or belongings. The new unit arrived shortly after they diligently worked to get it installed. Once installed, they did a great job cleaning up after.

    From the time I first called Mike to the time they had it installed and running was only 12 hours later! New system works great and very happy with Mike, his crew, and the install!
