True Blue is hands down the best, most professional, service-oriented company I have used. Not only do they go out of the way to make sure every job is done right, they make sure customers are kept in the know. Most companies these days only care about how much they can make off the customer, no matter how many trips it takes. True Blue will get it done right the first time AND keep in contact with you to make sure you are pleased and aware. I love this company and will ONLY use them for all HVAC needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I’ve used True Blue multiple times in the past year, every single time has been awesome! All of the service techs are great, professional & they always fix whatever issue I’m having right away. The price is always fair & I never feel like they’re trying to take my money & run. They are always informative after the fact too, & answer all my questions. I also became a member of theirs so they do maintenance twice a year, which I truly appreciate so I can stay on top of my units upkeep & it stays working well during these HOT days!

Brendan was out today to do spring maintenance service on our two units. He is always professional and pleasant to work with. We remain a happy customer and highly recommend them.

I think it's such a cool idea to text a picture and a little bio of the technician coming to our house (made us feel safe!). We had a great experience with James R! He was knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable making such a large purchase!

From the first call to job done the service was exceptional. Techs Brendan and James were amazing. They are professional,courteous, friendly and explained everything they were doing. The crew installing the system was courteous and professional. The office personnel were exemplary.

Since having this company install my new unit in 2019, every single tech has been friendly, professional, and taken care of the scheduled maintenance with no issues. Office staff is also professional and helpful.

Yesterday, 5/5/23, my inside unit froze up. I called and because there was pending weather, scheduled a visit today. JT came out and after looking at the system, quickly realized that the wiring to the blow motor had caught fire (unknown timeframe, unfortunately) which caused the issue. He went back to the shop, got the needed items, worked up the estimate and within two hours, my house was cooling once more. He also showed me something I was completely unaware of - I change my filter monthly due to pets, my roommate having COPD, and me being a smoker, but I NEVER realized that the bottom part came off and should be cleaned/vacuumed as well! The fire occurred because there was a build-up of fur which will not happen again because it's now a monthly reminder on my phone to change filter/vacuum the bottom. I am eternally grateful that the system is designed to basically stop the fire because it could have potentially had tragic results!

James and his team were very thorough, answered questions, covered furniture while cleaning duct work. On time, very professional. Highly recommend!
