True Blue Heat and Air

We’ve used True Blue for quite a few years now and have always had a great experience. Everyone we work with is kind and helpful. They are very genuine people and want the best for you. James was great to work with this past week in replacing our whole system. We appreciate True Blue!

True Blue was a life saver! My a/c was not blowing cool air and the temperature was expected to be in the 100’s - and it was on the Friday before July 4! I am so thankful they were able to work me into their schedule. James replaced the capacitor. He was very professional, considerate and compassionate. I definitely will continue to use them.

Can't say enough good things about this company. From initial response time, to friendliness and knowledge of office staff, technicians, and owners, and ultimately to completing their work and keeping my family warm through some cold Texas weather, they have exceeded my expectations.

True Blue heat and air have responded to my HVAC issues on the same day on several occasions. They have diagnosed and repaired where possible, and recommended upgrades when repairs were too costly. Even though our installs fell over Christmas and New Years, True Blue was able to schedule and complete necessary work.

I'd highly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating or cooling assistance.

Always happy with True Blue! I feel like I know each tech at this point and that creates trust. We had a coil leak and James took the time to explain what that means and how he found it. Never felt shady or pressured when he explained the solutions. Very happy with the outcome. My dog is also a huge James fan! 😂

True Blue never fails to win my praises for their professionalism and expertise. We have a maintenance plan with them and they are always on time and great. This time around, we hired them to do some duct work and replace our upstairs hvac system. Not only were they punctual but they left the house as clean as when they came. The system was installed and they clearly explained to me any questions I had. Hands down, James is the nicest technician each time and he’s very knowledgeable and personable!

I have used True Blue several times over the last 5+ years for ac repairs and have been impressed with the quality of service I have received. Today was no exception, technician JT arrived on-time, explained the process and repairs needed in an understandable and professional manner

BJ was great. He explain to me what to look forward to and what was needed. He answered all my questions. I feel comfortable knowing that my A/C unit is cleaned and good to go for the rest of the summer.

JT arrived on time and was very courteous. He performed my spring maintenance on my central heat and air system as well as a mini split in my she shed. I rest easy knowing that everything has been checked out and is working properly. Great company/great people!
