Excellent service by technician for failed A/C. TB installed my system nearly 5 years ago it recently failed. They came out promptly on a Saturday and had it up and running in a matter of hours. Parts were under warranty and all I had to pay was for service. Very reasonable charge for weekend service. Thanks TB!

Hudson D was excellent. He solved a problem I’ve been having for a long time, that other companies couldn’t fix. He was very professional and courteous. Definitely an asset for your company and he is the reason I am switching my maintenance contract to True Blue.

I highly recommend True Blue Heat and Air! My heater went out during the Texas Snow Storm of 2021. I called several companies, however none were able to deliver like True Blue. True Blue visited my home immediately after calling them, they made sure I had heat when they left and they didn’t break my wallet! I have also used True Blue on other occasions and they have not failed to deliver top notch service with affordable prices! I am extremely happy with this company. I have a Lennox system and True Blue are the only Heat and Air company I will use. They are honest, affordable, and they offer excellent service! You can’t go wrong with them, they know their stuff!

True Blue was very responsive and dispatched a technician to my house quickly. Ralph was professional and got my AC unit back up and running quickly!

I called for a refrigerant recharge. Tech hooked up and said my system is "almost half" pressure, so about 6 or 7psi... bit later, the tech finished and I got billed over $1000 saying it needed 10psi. My system is a 11psi system.... it now runs about the same as it was. Since I initially asked for a quote for future replacement, tech did say it'll be subtracted from the roughly $13k replacement cost if I decide to replace with them. I'll think about it. Maybe you should too.
I knew what the problem was, I just can't afford an full replacement yet. It's maintaining 74f on hot days but running non-stop. Eitherway, that's my experience with them. Stay cool

Thank you but I think you are not informed correctly.
1. I was the one asking to add a leak seal, your tech said he's not recommending that due to it could cause a clog in the system.
2. I was told it's almost half pressure. So the system would need no more than 5psi. I'm ok with $500 since i was looking to replaced the system. Hence i asked for a full replacement quote.
However, after all that, he told me it's over 10 psi used saying my system is almost empty.

True Blue you is awesome I've used them for over 2 years. I had an issue with my air conditioner and they were so responsive. I have a very old system from before they started servicing me and my air conditioner was leaking and they came over on a Sunday to help me out. I am planning to install a brand-new HV AC system with them. They're just extremely professional and very honest
