I had a home heating system outage recently and 5 Star did a great job getting the replacement part and installing it. I plan to use them again when needed.

Arrived earlier than scheduled and had the heater working within 10 minutes of arrival. Friendly and efficient

A Rheem air handler was installed in companion with the Rheem a/c outside unit...a job well done in a timely fashion....

Troy was great!!!. He came one day and his guys were there the next. They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. They were all very pleasant to work with. He was priced very reasonably and with pay plans. Very down to earth and not pushy.

Troy has been helping us maintain our systems for years now. Recently we had to replace the office unit. He was fair and on point with price and quote for full install. His crew and him were right in time, neat and efficient. The install went extremely smooth and came out great! Very pleased with Troy and 5 Star!

Have had issues in the past with our ac unit. Warranty company was a pain. Called 5Star and they came right out. Troy was able to diagnose the real issue and give an estimate on repair and replacement. We chose replacement. The team was out the next day to remove the old unit and replace with the new one. They were quick and clean and made sure to double check their work for leaks. Thanks for the great service and help.

The people 5Star were amazing from the owner to the installers. We called for a new HVAC system at 10 am on Monday morning after being without AC since Saturday. We had an inspector on our doorstep by 10:45, a quote by 11 from the owner and installers by 220 to replace both the heating and air. The installers were very professional and cleaned up everything behind them including sweeping our hallway. They went so far to replace our filters and clean the vent return which I had planned to do. The air conditioner worked beautifully and we would highly recommend them to others for all their HVAC needs.

These guys are terrible. There were three different times over the course of one day that I was told they would send me an email or call me with information. They fell through every time. Asked for timeline, said they'd get back to me, didn't. Asked for warranty information, said they'd get back to me, didn't. Asked for cost breakdown, said they'd get back to me, didn't. All while my a/c unit is out of commission in hundred degree weather. Eventually they claimed my Rheem parts warranty was going to save me $1500, which turned out to just be them quoting a hugely inflated cost of the part. Ultimately I got the same job done with DT for $775 when "5-star" was going to charge me $1250. Always get a second opinion before an HVAC job. It's easy to overpay when you don't know much about this stuff yourself.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night last week, so I sent out several online inquiries for a service call. They responded the next morning and were able to get us on the schedule by 10am. They arrived early and diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and had the AC running again in less than 20 minutes! Such a lifesaver in the middle of the summer. Other companies had a 1-2 day wait to send a tech out, so we were very appreciative of the 5 Star HVAC crew!

These guys did a great job at repairing pur system and they went from diagnosing to repaired in a single day.
